Employees seemed happy, and were attentive the minute I arrived for pick-up.The atmosphere has been decimated by a relocation from the classic, warm aesthetic of the actual "Hut" styled stand-alone restaurant design to a cold, antiseptic, steel-tile, glassed-in table and-chair space at the end of a strip plaza (BAYTOWNE).

This is not a hit on the Pizza Hut in Webster, NY. It's directed entirely at the corporation. To me it appears the food a few decades ago was of a much higher quality. Yesterday I ordered a large thin crust pizza and bread sticks from this location. The texture was okay, but the flavors were terrible. The bill came to a little over $33 and I'm going to toss it out. It's not worth the hassle returning it all for a refund. Too far from my house. 12/19/23
Amazingly they ran out of large pizzas that were part of the “deal” advertised and so insisted on substituting a medium pizza and charging twice the price of the “deal”, which is an interesting customer service choice when the error was theirs. Will not be dining here

First time. Did not you were there. Called in afternoon think the woman's name was Melinda. She was beyond nice and helpful answering questions.Got Hawaiin pizza and pepperoni and sausage both pan. Amazing! Just like years ago. Place was busy with dining room full. Clean and employees pleasant. Huge 10

The owner is rude and they skimp on everything including the sauce. They also do NOT honor ANY coupons and they wont even let you order take out and sit in their uncomfortable "dining area". That $7.99 deal is more like an $11.99 not so much of a deal. Everything is misleading and the pizza can be good if you order and pay for extra sauce and cheese. So sad. Henrietta location IS 1000% better.
