WOW... READ ALL COMMENTS. MY STORY IS EXACTLY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE'S! JUST GO To the SUBWAY ON STRAIGHT PATH OR LINDENHURST. THE West babylon franchise owner has the worst business etiquette EVER. You can tell his/her family and friends are trying to give 5 stars to help build up. Note to owner: if you charge $10 for a sandwich and drink online and customer gets wrong item, give them a store credit so they can get what they originally ordered. Ordered online worker upset because It was 8:05 pm I asked for bread to be toasted and asked for tomatoes and spinach on sandwich. He told me that since I ordered online I could not ask for that, he insisted that it was closing time. I told him there was still Half an hour till closing. Strange encounter.

I went to the store at 9:47am was told by employee that they weren't open yet. However it says 8:00am open online and the door was unlocked and open. I was very disappointed. I've been there before at an earlier time and had no trouble!!
