Pricey, but very tasty menu options. Pretty decent portion sizes though!

Closed at 8pm. An hour early. The woman behind the bar clearly wanted to go home early

Here for breakfast fast. Tired without soul place with minimal furnishing. Good ham sandwich. Tiny tomatoe juice (5 Oz max) was 4.99. Two almost 9 bucks. Waitress tried to charge me two diet pepsies when I had one (I asked for No ice and if course got ice). Avoid if you can.

Good event space.

We always stop here for a meal or snack before boarding. Good drinks and bar food, especially for a small airport restaurant.

"A Groupon for a restaurant in the airport babe. Let's try it out, what's the worst that could happen." Should be famous last words. I would have rather gotten on an airplane at the airport and taken it far, far away and ordered a meal onboard the flight. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a very long time. To avoid any confusion as you read further, the maitre d' of the restaurant was the only one serving us. First off, the maitre d' was overly pushy and smothering to say the least. Wouldn't even give us a minute to look at the menu before asking if we knew what we wanted to eat. After finding we had a Groupon, he tried to up sell everything on the menu to make up for the would-be discounted tab. Don't get me wrong, I love great service and love waiters at the ready asking what I need, but this guy wouldn't leave us alone to enjoy a little conversation. Became quite annoying. The ambiance was it's saving grace. The sunset was nice, the restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the piano player singing tunes was a nice touch. Of course, didn't take long for our friend the maitre d' to ruin the ambiance, as he refused to let us sit with the shade partially blocking the sun so we weren't blinded. In addition to that, the cheesy YouTube slideshow of "Italian things" (that was the title) was beyond tacky and ridiculous. I'm not kidding, the slide show replayed pictures of cannoli and people kissing at fountains in Italy... Random people. Very weird. Of course the maitre d' had to come in like a wrecking ball and join the piano man too, ruining his performance by singing into the microphone to songs he didn't know. Just awful. Once the maitre d' realized we weren't ordering bottles of wine or ridiculously expensive meals, he completely ignored us to begin to try to up sell the next group of people coming in. I didn't want the guy sitting down with us, but I didn't want him ignoring us. Seemed like he couldn't find a happy medium. The food was just okay. Really, just okay. Bland flavors, nothing to write home about. I got the steak and my girlfriend got chicken. I've had better elsewhere. Was not impressed. To end our great night out, the maitre d' of course couldn't let us leave without annoying me to my breaking point. When I asked for the check he finally came back about 10 minutes later. When dropping if off, he made sure to say "Sorry I took so long, it was such a small check I had trouble finding it." Obviously eluding to the fact that the Groupon discounted a big portion of the check (Thank God because I would have been really upset paying full price at this place). Who says that to a guest?? Furthermore, this guy had the audacity to hand me the check and say out loud for my girlfriend and other guests to hear, "Oh by the way, we prefer cash here." I was in shock that he had the set of you know what to say that to a guest. Of course, I paid and tipped on my Amex just to throw a jab back at him. Unpleasant experience. I will not be returning here. Ever. Much better restaurants in Westchester to be spending my time and money on. That's what I get for trying a restaurant in an airport.

This is the one time I wish there was something less than 1 star. Stay away! This wasn't just bad service, this was a Twilight Zone episode version of neglect. I had to stand up and track someone down to: (1) take my order, (2) locate my glass of water 15 minutes later, (3) locate my order, and (4) get a bill. Seriously? At an airport? Apparently, they have new owners. The menu was from "Wing Lady", so my guess is that company took over this spot. Based on the complete neglect I experienced when I initially tried the Purchase Country Diner, I suspect they have taken over all food options at the airport. For the sake of my fellow travelers who arrive to this airport hungry, I hope they get their issues figured out.

Traveler's was empty on Valentine's Day? We looked at each other and blamed the weather or the fact that other couples were going to stroll in a little later. And sure enough, at least 2 other couples came in for dinner. Took in the sights and a few airplanes making landing , which was cool. Service was good and food was tasty. However, for Valentine's Day, we were expecting a more extensive menu. So much so, the menu didn't offer a single beef dish! We meet Rocky the manager who gave the cook the green Light to prepare a flank steak- even though, it was listed on their menu. Thank you! Liked how Rocky tried everything possible to accommodate my husband's needs right away. Wanted to end our Valentine's Dinner on a sweet note- unfortunately, there was no Dessert menu either. Again, Rocky asked me if I liked cheesecake and I said no. But back it up and said he was going to see 'what he can do'. Again... Valentine's Day? No dessert menu? And you need to scram in the kitchen to see if you can come up with something quick? I thought I was in a prank TV show. In all honesty, Rocky pulled out all the stops to try and make sure the evening ended well.

We ate here this evening before my in laws flight and it was delicious. Food and service were great, although it is pricey. My filet was melt in your mouth tender. Definitely recommend but be prepared for the prices.
