Food is typical D&D. Little slow on register and not familiar with system so they had to ring up our order twice due to forgetting things like cream cheese and butter for 2dozen beagles.Vegetarian options: ? toast

This place could be nice, it appears to be newly renovated but every table was dirty, garbage on the floor and the bathroom was soaking wet with what appeared to be urine
Just had my worst, customer service experience this year. A young black male made my drink twice. Both times, it wasn't what I wanted. Told me I was wrong, and this is how it should be. Then intentionally, put twice as much ice as usual. He needs a mop or a broom. He has no business, interacting with customers. I will never go there again, if he's there. This happened 6/19/23. At approximately 4 pm . I'll go to Garnerville, where the service is better.

I frequent this Dunkin daily and I've always been patient with the RIDICULOUS wait times, but my last visit was something for the books. I walked in and a woman was standing at the pick up section of the counter. I approached the order area and was asked what I'd like. This woman proceeded to say with an attitude "umm I was here first, I'm next". Sounds like a normal Karen moment right? Well, I politely told her she can still go in front of me after the worker kindly explained she was in the pickup zone so he didn't know she needed assistance. Let's fast forward....I still haven't received my drink and about 10 minutes have passed, this woman is also still waiting and as she's waiting she begins speaking and laughing with the staff...no problem, EXCEPT at one point she proceeded to say (in Spanish) "this MORENA came in and tried to cut In front me, I had to tell her to move" and here's my issue, the whole staff was laughing with her as if I had no idea what was going on or being said.....first of all, with a whole entire Hispanic staff you oughta be ashamed of how one your own treated your customer! Second, you should be ashamed of and probably pay more attention the sour faces and horrific sighs the majority of your customers give off because of your lack of professionalism and service! I hate to leave a review like this because a lot of the younger people working there seem to be polite but all in all....your establishment needs to do better. Not everyone will take an encounter like the one I experienced and kindly stand there, endure it, and leave quietly.

I was so disappointed at my Ice Machiatto today .. it was so much milk and asked the lady and she said . Machiatto have 90% milk .. WRONG .........please put individuals who really know how to make your signature coffees . I was. Very unhappy and I didn't wanted to be a Karen . I ended up throwing it in the garbage at work .

I went with my son and got coffee they messed up the order prior to mine it was a colada iced and I asked the girl u gonna through those out she said yes I asked can my son have the small one then she said she has to ask the manager but she said it’s probably not a problem bc they throw it our and he said no he was rude and very disgusting person Spanish think Mexican big man SHAME ON YOU SIR ????
