I like going there for a nice toast bagel. But just today a kid helped me out. Ordered 3 bagel plain w scallions cream cheese/every thing cream cheese and bacon/plain cheese bacon/ I said all bagel well done toasted non of them toasted. Not happy ?

Bagels were ok not the best. The staff was nice. The other problem, this place is only cash. Most people carry cards and I had to go to an ATM after learning that they don’t have machines to take the cards. There was a sign saying only cash or checks but I couldn’t see it very clearly when I walked in ,because there was chips on the shelf in fromt of that sign.

Kosher. No meats. Doesn't matter. The bagels are delicious. Flagels, challah bread, brownies, muffin tops, muffins. All good. Very nice staff. Make great egg sandwich w/ cheese. The pumpernickel is what's it's all about.

Contact the Young Israel of West Hempstead to check on the alleged but not posted Kosher status. Not trustworthy whatsoever as Kosher without the physical Kosher certificate.
I live nearby and tried hard to like this place - besides bagels nice baked goods - if you don't mind searching for the cream cheese on your bagel - it's there but put on thin as possible- then this is your place - even if you ask for extra cream cheese it's put on thin as a layer of nail polish ... I did notice if the nice lady serves you it will prob be good - if you get the younger guy run away ...just to see if it was me I went to " The Bagels on Nassau Blvd and it was great - bagel much better and tons of cream cheese as it should be if you want return customers - almost brought it to B Craft to show them how it should be made

Nice people, but their bagels just don't do it for me. The plain bagel shaped like a pretzel is OK, everything bagel just lacking for my taste.
