My favorite thing about Bagel Town is that it’s the only place my severely allergic son can have his bagels. I will never forget his face when we discovered bagel town and he had his first bagel ever. We love them and hope they are around forever and never change their menu to include sesame! So grateful to

good day, unfortunately recently I went to pick up a product today 01-25 between 9:40 and 10 am and the person at the checkout threw the product at me, it is a real lack of respect, and even discrimination on the part of the local, I hope they take action regarding what happened, but after today I do not recommend this

The new expanded menu is delicious. An incredible addition to West Hempstead's eateries.

Great bagel shop, travelled from Canada to try this spot due to a sesame allergy. Food was delicious and staff were very kind. Highly recommend!

What used to be an incredible store has turned into a practical torture chamber due to the new ownership. Worst staff I've ever experienced. I was cursed out in the store by one of the workers, and another time was screamed at and kicked out of the store by the owner because I asked him why I was being charged $55 for 20 bagels (bagels are $1/piece in Bagel Town).Thankfully a new owner is taking over (in a week and a half) who I have already met. I am confident the store is going to have a complete turnaround and return to its former state. The food is amazing!!!..... if you can tolerate a side dish of screaming and cursing.

Second time I drove out here an hour drive because my son is anaphylactic with sesame first time I showed up at 1:58pm when the hours say open till 2:30pm and they told me they were closed at 2 but couldn’t serve me. it’s Monday and of course and still no updated hours, google says open yet another hour drive and it’s closed. It takes seconds to update hours on here.
Have been here several times when visiting family. Mainly get bagels to go. Fresh and good taste. Today ordered 3 onion bagel and whitefish sandwiches to go. $7 each for a sliced bagel and a tablespoon of whitefish. That's right, one tablespoon of whitefish. Would have been smarter to order 3 sliced bagels and a container of whitefish. Instead got a decent bagel and a tiny taste of whitefish. Don't waste your time or money on the sandwiches. Will get bagels again but nothing else.

Classic, no frills bagel shop. The bagels are high quality and reasonably priced.
They are very friendly. And they give my kids free cookies on multiple occasions. Thank you.
Arrogant, unprofessional, nasty, uncaring staff. Eat elsewhere.
