Walked in with 8 people, one of us didn’t have ID and the bouncer asked us to slide him a “bill” and he told us to do it discreetly since the cameras were on us. Tried to call in to speak to the manager and the lady put me on hold.

The service was the worst ....the waitresses gave bad customer service ....the food except for wings wasn't the best .....I've come to Raxx before .....but this was the worse service

Raxx Pool Hall in West Hempstead, NY was so much fun and exactly what I needed on a Friday night!The staff was super friendly and the DJ was dope. The music created a whole vibe for the whole night. I really didn't expect for their food to be so good being that its a pool hall. The wings were good but the onion rings were the best onion rings I've had anywhere.I'm definitely going back to play pool because I had a good time but trust me you want to try their wings and onion rings! They have a lot of drink selections as well so just check the place out!

Place was overpriced. Menu is not what it says it’s supposed to be. The description had said it comes with guacamole, lettuce, on my burrito did not come with that. When I spoke to the server, it says it was an extra charge, but it doesn’t say that on the menu.Charge $12 for a shot. Then was $35 for drinks. Also, just an FYI, the gratuity is included in the bill so you do not need to give them an extra Tip it wasn’t worth it
