I go to the drive through and as I’m about to order a giant monster truck just rear ends me. All I wanted was my fo fo fo. The truck hit me so hard that I rammed into the car in front of me and it pushed it out of the way. I somehow landed right in front of the drive through window so they started giving me the other persons order but all I wanted was my fo fo fo. I heard the background music of the dining room playing and it was “strip that down” by Liam Payne while the worker gave me a puzzled look when I asked about my fo fo fo. When I finally got my fo fo fo I went to the monster truck that rear ended me and threw my fo fo fo right in his big discombobulated face I will insert pics

I’m beyond disappointed in the service I was harassed by your worker named Tucker. I went to pick up my brother food. He told me the food was already picked up by a man than proceeded to yell “what game you trying play with me, why you trying to play this game ” he was extremely combative and looking for a fight. He went straight to accusing and screaming at me as if handing out the wrong order is not a possibility i mean Matthew is an extremely common name. as a franchise owner myself all I have to say is Wendy’s do better, this man clearly has underlying anger issues and should not be employed.

Tucker is absolutely schizophrenic and needs to be fired/checked into somewhere for his mental health. The man starts screaming at my sister when she was trying to pick up my food that he gave out to some random dude. This was over seven dollars by the way guys!

Wow Tucker is honestly horrible. He should not be working with people. He instantly accused me of trying to scam and steal food. When I picked up under my brothers name. He told me someone already picked it up and It was a man than proceeded to say "what game you trying play with me, why you trying play this game. He already got the food." As if Matthew isn't an extremely common name and the wrong order couldn't have been given out. He was rude, nasty and extremely combative as if he wanted a fight. the way I was treated was extremely unacceptable as a franchise owner myself all I have to say is do better Wendy's this man should not be employed. He clearly has some underlying anger issue

They fill the sodas up about halfway only. Make sure you ask for no ice too or you'll get nothing to drink. Young girl at the drive thru is horrible.

At 1 AM I went to the drive thru and with no response from the ordering intercom I went to the window to place order. I was told by the young lady that I would have to drive around to place order because now there was a car behind me. I asked why cant she just take the order, service the other auto I will pull to the side and wait till it was ready. She kept unreasonably insisting that I exit and drive around. While I never make complaints, I explained that this is Hempstead turnpike and to exit go around and return to place order was a bit unreasonable how inconvenient could taking my order be to her. Unable to reason I exited & drove next door to the White castle. Been going to this Wendys since it was originally built...but never again.
