We stayed at the RIT and stopped down for some dinner 'to go' back to our room. Service was very friendly and patient. Timing was appropriate and food to go was packaged well. The food itself was very good! The marinara sauce that came with mozzarella sticks was the best sauce I've EVER had and the mixed fruit and greens salad was delicious! Very fresh fruit and greens. I added grilled chicken and there was a lot it - loved it! Also their condiment bar is packed and we'll stocked with anything you'd need. Overall a really great dining experience.

The food was amazing!!!!!!! but I did not like the layout of the restaurant. With having low vision it was unclear how to proceed into the establishment. It looks fast food and you need to order first at the counter but they will deliver to your table. You seat yourself.

The woman at the register was friendly, attentive, and so wonderful. She tried to make our visit a good one.

We ended up here because of the Holiday Inn in Rochester making a mess of our bookings. The staff were super sufficient, helpful and reassuring. Even at 4am ! The place is very clean and the manager Patrick like the staff went the extra mile to help us. I would highly recommend this place, beds comfy.

Used to be my favorite place to go for a breakfast sandwich, but they've stopped serving them on croissants. No where near as good anymore.

Booked a room here from a reputable website. Arrived around 9 PM and the parking lot had maybe one light on. The front desk clerk, Rynn, couldn’t figure out how to check us in. Had to get her manager. Meanwhile people are mulling about barefoot, disheveled, eating as they are walking very odd for a hotel lobby. On the way to the room we noticed the walls are all scuffed and carpet was dirty. Got to our room (418) and the light was dim, room smelled like smoke, bathroom tile what appeared to be cigarette burns. Went back down to say thank you but we are going to stay somewhere else. Waited patiently while he checked other people in so there would be no scene. The manager wanted to upgrade us to a better room after he asked to see pictures of rooms we were shown online. Told him to cancel us and refund. Took 30 minutes to get him to understand we didn’t want another room. Went to the car and booked another room at a chain close by. Would not stay here. Fighting to get a full refund on the room this place is not a clean or safe hotel. The parking lot and entire hotel needs better lighting to keep their guests safe!

I paid a very high rate to stay here during RIT move-in; unfortunately the room and service did not reflect what I paid. The room was shabby with a dank smell. The front desk personnel declined to smile, make eye contact with me, or otherwise make me feel welcome or valued during check-in and check-out. When I called later about an item I had left in the room, I was told to call back in half an hour; then told "you're gonna have to call back tomorrow." I was left feeling like I had majorly inconvenienced this hotel by staying there, and that they didn't care if they ever saw me again.

I guess it’s just another review of an average stay. The 3 stars are for the fact that it’s convenient for a conference, the late night convenience store food was good and that the room was clean and spacious. The lost stars are because I could hear the gentleman next door super clearly talking , so loud that Siri could transcribe it. Unusually poor sound isolation, and the billing mistake at the checkout which was sorted out by the supervisor next morning. Conclusion: I would stay here again if I have to :)

I would classify this place as more of a cafeteria style place as that's mostly what it felt like. The food is much better than a cafeteria however and was very good. The staff also brought us our food which was unexpected. The staff was super friendly and very kind. Wasn't too expensive either for the amount of food you got.

Not from the area, and I had definitely expected better service, seeing as it was 5pm ish and not very many customers. Food was pretty good, service not so much.
