My husband and I tried this burger place when we were craving some good burgers. This spot does deliver! The meat seemed to be good quality and it was great we were able to customize what we wanted on it, in our case carmelized onion and white cheddar, which was good! The burger is a bit on the smaller side, but then it is cheaper than other spots for the good quality (they may want to consider giving an option to get a bigger burger for more money). The truffle Parmesan fries are also very tasty. Would definitely get takeout from here again!

I called for close to an hour no one answered so I can figure out a misunderstanding made in the online order when I get there at least 3 people standing there doing nothing on their phone. It'll be a while before I think about returning.

Black Label Burgers has one of the best burgers in New York: irresistible, mouthwatering, and perfectly crafted, and, of course, also, luxe hot dogs, and the absolutely most wow, tasty, and peanut butter-adjacent shakes! My Weekend Brunch Order from Black Label Burgers: Cheeseburger in Paradise Black Label Burger with Modifications: USDA Prime Beef: Dry Aged Beef Upgrade, American cheese, mushrooms, label sauce, and potato bun. Darn Good Hot Dog Classic Hot Dog: Wagyu beef hot dog, sweet relish, chopped tomato, chopped onion, and ketchup. Joyfully Excessive YOLO, so try the insane Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake, why not!

I ordered a red label burger, truffle fries, and a salted caramel shake. I'm almost certain this was the driest and most underwhelming burger that I have ever had. The truffle fries were also pretty terrible in my opinion but to be fair, I don't love all things truffle. The shake was okay but I could not taste the caramel; it tasted like a vanilla shake with caramel placed on top. I'm actually pretty pissed because the burger itself was about $12, so you do the math. I want my damn money back. Well, that was a lesson learned and I will never return.

It's a solid burger spot for us! We were pleasantly surprised & already went here twice within a month. There's plenty of parking and ample booth seats inside. The staff are nice and helpful for us first timers. Once the order is placed, you casually find a seat and the food is brought to you. What we enjoyed is that the burgers are fresh and tasty, despite a little longer wait time than Shake Shack. It's not as oily as the competitors. Their strawberry milkshake is not to be missed. You're welcome.
