Looks like the place is ready to close down. Can I wonder if I should even eat there after looking at what was going on inside?

I arrived here around dinner time, the place was empty. (Should have turned back then) The food behind the glass looked very unappealing as if it had been sitting there for days. The Manager, Mike, is very nasty and lacks Customer Service Skills. Will not visit this location again.

The customer service is friendly. The food was dried out, then again in all fairness it was getting late!

Visited on a Saturday eveningPros - chick was delicious. Mac and cheese was delicious. Sooner inside seating availableCons - steamed broccoli was not the best. Not very busy at a time other food places were packed. Parking lot had standing water and low spots. There were only two employees visible. Tables were not clean after each use.

How about putting a store in Vestal or Binghamton in Uostate New York...there are so many schools, hospitals and its a major traffic location. The Restaurants that are here are always Busy and something new would be Amazing plus it's A HEALTHY fast food in which we Need.Dishes I'd also recommend would be the large Turkey dinner with 2 sides

I'm not sure what it is, but it seems like the food at Boston Market has lost some of its charm. We used to love going there, but now, it's just not the same. We still go every now and then. A good meal is a good meal, but there is definitely something missing.Kid-friendliness: Open seating area. Lots of space if the kids get bored and want to move. Kids' meals are tasty enough and reasonably priced.Parking: Normal open parking lot. It's never been overly full as far as I knowWheelchair accessibility: Wheel accessibility from the side of the building if memory serves.

When I arrived at dinnertime and the place was empty that should have been a red flagFood was cold..chicken was dry and the size of a cornish game hen.. corn bread was old and hard as a rock..if I didn't have a coupon for half off I would've felt more violated than i did for what i paid and the horrible cold food i was given.. thank god for microwave oven at home..avoid this horrible location at all costs unless you enjoy cold food at ridiculous prices..

Wanted some chicken on a Saturday and had a choice of KFC, Popeye's and this Boston market. I thought maybe I would go with the healthy option (even though Popeye's is probably my favorite, then KFC next). I ordered through the app in advance because of the poorly lit rear parking at the location. I arrived on time, but they did not start my order until I arrived and there were a few folks ahead of me. Not much point in preordering if you need to do it all again after you arrive. I ordered a whole chicken and the chicken cutlets with gravy. The server made a point to bring out a dehydrated chicken from the warming oven even though he was removing freshly made chickens from the rotisserie. The sides were also well dehydrated and well past their prime freshness window. Mac and cheese was too salty to eat. Server's exact words were, "don't worry, they're all fresh". Chicken was more like jerky and the cutlets were covered in a goopy white-ish slime. It was 20 minutes to closing time and they probably had an arduous day already, so it's all good. We threw everything out, $30 bucks not well spent.Parking: Very dark and dimly lit. Be careful.

I had food from here a total of three times, and the first time the food was good, but the second and third times were severely disappointing. The potatoes used to be real potatoes. Now they are watery and definitely pre-packaged, not fresh. The cornbread is hard and inedible, and the chicken is so bland. The quality of the food has gone down significantly, and I don't think I'll ever order here again or from Boston Market in general.
