This by far the worst of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been too the manger was very rude and sarcastic he sat me in the back with my newborn baby and the seats was broken he customer service skills are horrible i order my food waited a hr for them to bring me chicken with no sauce and then it wasn’t even 30 wings it was just really horrible I really need to reach out to corporate cause this guy needs to be fired

The take out orders I have placed have been messy (please reference most recent photo of the an untouched 10 pc boneless wings order w/ fries) The chicken was unimpressive and the fries were cold and appeared as if they were sitting around for quite a bit. In addition, I understand that this location is significantly slower than others but waiting at the front for more than 5-10 minutes with no worker in sight to ask a simple question is not efficient. This place is so close to me so I hope it will be better next time for late night drink deals . Applebees continues to be the better option amongst the chain restaurants in the 0.5 miles radius.

Service was good , the atmosphere nice and clean. The wings were rather small compared to other chains and the sauces had a bit of an aftertaste to me.

Doesn't deserve nearly as many bad reviews as it has. I'll be the first to admit, this place isn't perfect. It was pretty quiet for a weekend, and while we did get a booth, the table was weirdly distant from either seat. Like it was too small, or the seats were spaced too far. Either way, everything else was great. The appetizers came out in 8 minutes, and the rest of the food in another 14 (total 22), and I loved every item we got. Loaded tots were great. Burger and fries were great. And the WINGS??? Awesome. Our waiter was really nice and was even thoughtful enough to give us our refills in to-go cups after I asked for refills and then remembered we were almost done anyways after asking. Docking a star for the aforementioned table problem and how oddly dark it is, but besides that, top-notch establishment.

This place has to be in the process of being sold or closing. The cole slaw and fries are a joke and the wings are ok at best now. Some TV's are straight up glitching. Menu's were so saucy. Can't even order less than 6 wings or split the sauces on your wings to try other flavors. BWW used to be so much better years ago.

Very bad place yo eat in. Smells bad and the food was bad. Service was okay but the person who served us gave my child expired milk. When I told him about the matter, he said sorry I can't refund you for the milk. It's part of the meal so he was not concerned about the milk expired at all. It's not his fault technically. I was there on Jan 27.

I went to have a quick dinner with friends, nothing crazy but I have to say that $12 for a beer is damn ridiculous. Seriously this companies I really taking advantage of everyone. When is that enough so disappointed. I don’t think I ever came back to Buffalo wild wings.

I go-to B-Dubs often since they have a good price and fast lunch menu. I travel for work and enjoy a nice sit down lunch. However this Westbury location is by far the worst service I had at any location.Normally place is empty or maybe half full and have a hostess seat you right away, not at this location. I waited over 7 minutes for someone to greet me and get a table. After which took another 10 mins for my waitress to come over. Keep in mind only three tables including mine has customers. I wanted to try the new speciality sauce before I ordered any food.I ended up ordering from the FastBreak menu which was boneless wings. This took another 20 mins for the food to arrive. Back in the day they had a promo if it took more than 15 mins it was free, but I didnt want to make a fuss. I am just glad I wasn't in any rush and had tons of time to waste. Service at this Westbury location is horrible. Can not imagine what service is like when they are busy on a game night.
