These people are thieves and the food is unacceptable and old. Ever since they have changed from the original owners since in last 20 years the food has changed, its not good. Given people old food to eat especially chicken at that. Then when asked for a refund they say no. Never eat or dine here again. At one point the food used to always be good and especially the chicken but never again not no more. I don't know how they've gain 4 stars as recognition. People are so programmed that today they will say any food is good to them. They need to be shut down. Even the French fries were still. Who.messes up French fries too cookSMH. If i could give this capital zero negative zero stars i would. This get A NEGATIVE zero below no stars. I agree w everyone else on here who gave these people a negative rating. It's ridiculous. I waited a long time also.

My wait time was suppose to be 6 mins, I wait almost 12 mins! Chicken wings way too salty , french fries wasn’t fresh, had black spots all over it, because she the cook need to change the grease and not to mention the person that preparing the food went to the bathroom with her apron on and came out the same way ! I believe she didn’t change even though I didn’t see her, but I don’t think she changed her apron?Won’t eat there no more ??‍♀️

Completely messed up my order and gave me 1 out of 4 things ordered correct.... Horrible.... Not what I was looking forward to eating.... Too long of a day and tired... Only reason why I even ate it..... How do you hear fries from small rice?.... Smh ??‍♂️

pro:-chicken was fresh! and they cooked it right in front of you-spicy wing seasoned well-good sauce to wing ratiocons:-they gave away our food to someone else but the second order came out pretty quickly-the plain fried chicken was a bit under seasonedwould come back!

The Chicken is juicy and crispy and the barbecue is a must and its very delicious and I recommend the bread is soft and fluffy.

ZERO STARS! I repeat ZERO STARS! Zero zero zero! If I could, NEGATIVE 5 on a 5 star rating.Went to order in person since their website does not actually say what Southern style fried chicken is. Went in, man behind the counter looked up then looked back down.I moved over to the girl behind the counter. Waited my turn then asked about the Southern style. She whispered “I really don’t know.” I figured she’s new so no biggie, she can ask someone else, right? I asked if I could have all thighs. She said I could, if I am ordering white meat. I corrected her and said it’s all dark meat. She said yes I can have all thighs.Phone rang. Without saying anything to me, she ran to the phone on the other side of the counter and picked up the phone. No one else acknowledged me. I asked the person next to me if she knew what Southern style was. She was an Uber driver. She has never tried the chicken. (Ugh!). I tried to get the man’s attention, who seems to be the Manager. I was ignored. I raised my voice in a respectful tone. Nothing. I raised my voice louder. Finally he said “it’s spicy.” I had to ask for clarification. They had a sign that says “new spicy chicken!” (Paraphrased this.) I asked what the difference was. One is spicy and one is really spicy.I asked if I could mix & match and if I could get all thighs. He said no. The Uber driver asked for me if I could have different styles. I guess my voice is too mild to be heard because he answered her. But he said I couldn’t have all thighs. (But the girl earlier said yes, I could have all thighs, if I am choosing dark meat.)Manager said I can have legs & thighs. I said okay, I would like to order. “No, you have to order with her.” She is still on the phone. I asked if I ordered online, would it be easier? He said that I should wait for the girl. She’s almost done.So I waited and placed my order. I had to repeat myself 5x without exaggeration. I eventually had to write it down. 8 piece bucket $17.71 (3 originals, 3 Southern & 2 spicy.) I also wrote “mostly thighs please.”Manager came to me. “No.” Huh? “ I will give you 4 originals (2 thighs, 2 legs) 2 Southern (1 thigh, 1 leg) & 2 spicy, (1 thigh, 1 leg.)I told him I wanted 3/3/2. He said no. He’s not going to give me that. If I wanted breast, he can. I told him I only liked thighs but I will take the drumstick but could he accommodate mostly thighs because it is what my family likes. He said I would have to wait and I didn’t want to wait. What? I never said I didn’t want to wait. I told him I was fine with waiting. I would just like the order the way I ordered, to which the girl said I could.He said she’s new. I asked if he could honor it this time since I am a new customer. He asked me if I wanted my money back. I said yes. Clearly. WTH?!?!He clearly makes too much money as he didn’t want to gain a new customer. Must be nice to turn away new business. Oh the life. This place sucks. This place is a ZERO. NEGATIVE ZERO.
