Patiently waited for more than 10 mins only to find out that staff got my order wrong. Instead of just correcting it (same price anyway), another staff refunded me and told me I have to reorder it and get in line again! No thank you! Never again in this place.

Small shop tucked at the entrance to the supermarket. A slight overpriced compared to other shops. Ordered 3 drinks and was told no tapioca available...how does a bubble tea shop serve no bubbles...The staff lacked enthusiasm. don't plan to return in the future.

Ordered here from DoorDash and I am NOT disappointed - this tea is the real authentic stuff I used to get in Chinatown as a kid!!I got the the ~2 ladies~ special drink (signature coco tea with boba and pudding) and my boyfriend got the classic lava pearl tea.Both were so fresh and so delicious, this isn’t some sugary watered-down gentrified tea. This is LEGIT! Will definitely come back

The bubble tea tastes like all the other ones i’ve drank from different coco shops. However the Mango Yakult here tastes watered down a lot.. maybe there’s not enough mango in it… Overall it’s a decent place to stop by while grocery shopping!
Went on recommendation of a customer of mine. Great product and great service! Staff is both quick and courteous. Menu selection has great options and variety. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

The place seem fine but why is the employee in literal pajamas? The girl who took my order seems tired and had some sleeping pants on. No gloves or anything when making my order. The employee was definitely half asleep because i asked for a hot drink but she gave me a cold one. She even use her bare hands to get the oreos and dropped it in my drink. That’s not even the worse part the drink didn’t even came out good.

I was really excited to find out that there's a Coco fresh tea in Ranch 99 so I decided to give it a try. Milk tea was pretty good, but one of the female staff working on March 13th 2023 around 6PM was a bit rude. She took my order with annoyed tone and when it's time to retrieve my order, she called my number and then immediately moved onto the next customer asked her if she wanted a bag - I felt ignored. She did not offer me a bag. Not sure if I want to come back again... I could of gone to another tea place with better and more welcoming service.Please train your baristas to treat all customers equally!

A good place to stop by after supermarket shopping as it is right next to the 99 ranch market. The only disappointment is that it has no seats/ tables to hang out and enjoy the drinks. The store is designed for take outs. I am from Queens and had the pleasure of getting bubble teas from the best locations as to speak . The bubble tea they offer has limited flavors. I had their basic flavor and it did not disappoint. It brought joy to us on this kind of spring weather. Service is fast and the server was nice.
