Wonderful environment and very attentive service. The menu was crisp and yummy. Will clearly recommend this place to friends and family. Reasonable rates and generous portions. Keep it up.

My family and I miss going to our favorite restaurant Cozymels. My kids are always asking if they can go to Cozymels every time we decide to go out to dinner. We used to dine here At least once or twice a week! And always looking forward for the delicious food, drinks, friendly staff/service and overall great experience. Since the pandemic, I keep checking the website and calling , We even drove by a few times in hope they were opened. We do hope Cozymels open back up soon! We miss it tremendously.

I'm seeing reviews that they're open, yet Ive called and passed the location and they've been closed every time. New location?

"This is perfect!" she said, "It's like the perfect summer meal." CozyMel's Mexican Grill in Westbury is a nice spot to get a good meal at a reasonable price. Nothing over the top, busy-ish. I thought it would be more crowded with more millennials chugging Mojitos and tequila shots on a Friday night. But it was about only half full and mostly families were seated. One baby was crying. Our waitress was very courteous and efficient, and our food came promptly. Everything was like a typical clockwork restaurant except we got seated under two A/C vents that kept dripping water down on to our table and in a couple cases into my guest's drink. Not cool. It's not like the place was packed. Attention to detail is such an art and consistency of that art critical in the transition from good to great.

It was a Sunday afternoon and it was very quiet. My boyfriend and I came here for a bite to eat and enjoyed it. I ordered the steak quesadilla and he had enchiladas. Their drinks were pretty strong the patron margaritas.

I dont visit this restaurant often but when i do with wife i never leave disgusted,oh the place has its flaws here n there but i think if one makes wise choices and doesnt assume the attitude he or she is in the finest steakhouse, theyll be fine!...First, the atmosphere is nice, roomy and comfortable provided you stay on the side with the fireplace!..The other side has dark bench seat tables that just to me doesnt feel comfortable.....Now...the guac and the cheese queso, not good...the mex combos are not skimpy and are filled with shredded meat...the rice bland but seemed fresh...drinks are so so...service is ok..the last visit we had a young lady named Maria...she was attentive and sweet.....The fahitas are very good, the shrimps are huge(larger than elsewhere)...appetizers i rarely have except empanadas which were good, not exceptional......The only thing ill order for desert are those fried cinnamon sticks which come with warm caramal and strawberry puree..These are absolutely delicious..We take em home to enjoy with our own coffe..They are a must!

From the entrance hostess gave an attitude for no apparent reason.Food took forever to come & it was so bland. The Frozen mango margarita had a drop of alcohol in it because apparently they have a slushy machines with different type of margarita flavors. This place is dirty needs improvement i saw dust on the windows. Would not recommend just go to an authentic Mexican place where you will feel welcomed.

Food - bland, soggy, easily the most underwhelming vs expensive "Mexican" food I've had. Fajitas came out with no sour cream, cheese, rice, anything. No salt on anything but the margarita glass.

Authentic Mexican cuisine and atmosphere. Good service. Good food and drinks. Nice for kids too!

Quite possibly the worst "Mexican" food I've ever had. I at least expected a decent margarita since that appears to be their "thing." What I got was a watered down, sugary mix with salt that should have been on the food instead (seriously, I don't think they salt their food). Bland food, poor service, strange ambience (don't come here if you're looking for time away from kids). I now have a huge stomachache thanks to the food. Do not recommend.

My family and I used to frequent this place when I was much younger, probably way before I was even legal to drink, and I remember it being good. My mom was craving to come back here so I caved and joined her. First off, the place was empty and the hostess tried to seat us in a dark corner of the restaurant, so I kindly asked to be seated by the fire, to which she obliged. The sangria that I got was way too sweet and I have had way better fiesta salads literally anywhere else from this place. My mom apologized for dragging me there.

Excellence all around! The service was timely and the food was well-seasoned and tasty. We got the booth we requested after a very brief wait and Kat was an excellent, pleasant and attentive Waitress. She checked in on us often, always asking if we needed anything more. We had two requests that were immediately, happily granted. Kat was very personable and because of her customer care, we will happily be back again. Thank you to The Cheesecake Factory for never responding to our Yelp Reservation request...you blew it forever for us being so cold and impersonal a mere twenty minutes earlier than our visit to Cozymel's.
