Ivette #220832 was so rude and disrespectful! I arrived & placed my order first! And she took care of a customer that arrived after me first at 6pm 2/22/24 And she gave me the wrong name and she wasn't wearing a name tag, & she never apologized for the terrible service!

If this location wasn't convenient, I'd recommend no one ever step a foot in. Unbelievably rude service. I was waiting for my online order in the wrong location (first time I did it on my phone) and I was shooed away from the normal pickup spot where all I was hearing was the crew talking a bunch of nonsense (I was invading their hang out spot). The store wasn't even busy and it doesn't take much to be polite and offer some actual customer service.

I grew up in this town, raised most of my kids in this town and my business has help raise and continues to help raise hundreds of kids from this town and in Nassau County. I walked Post Ave, since 1964, long before there was a Dunkin' Donuts location here. So imagine my disgust when a woman of East Indian descent, was smiling and joking with customers all the while until she turned in my direction, then her smile vanished. I came to pick up an order and her conversation with me was curt and biting, a major departure from the jovial conversations she was having with white customers in the store. In fact, even though I gave her the order name twice previously, she had to over verify the name, as if I was attempting to steal. Her behavior was inappropriate. I don't know if she is a staff member or a franchisee, but the behavior she exhibits is a part of the Westbury community we have built. There is a reason we are known as a "Town for all seasons".She has now made an enemy. One who is part of a circle that responds to such hate economically. To be fair, one other person in there greeted me with a hearty "good morning!" That made me feel a little better. But I will be watching now. We did not work as hard as we have to have this kind of divisive behavior making money here. We will see...TBD

This Dunkin Donuts is in a very convenient location for me. And that's the only reason why I came here more than once. Because the customer service from every employee is atrocious!! Unfriendly and bad attitudes. It's really disgusting and I plan on calling and speaking with the manager Azma.
