Went there yesterday with a friend. Had breakfast and our bill was $50.00 before tip! Service was fine. I ordered the 2 eggs, 2 pancakes & 2 strips of bacon. I don't even think it was 1/2 of an egg, 2 of the thinest pieces of bacon. No flavor in eggs or bacon at all. I think they sliced them down the middle. They tasted like the ones pre cooked ones on the shelf in the supermarket. Pancakes & sausages were great though. My friend had a 4 stack of pancakes & sausages. Some woman was screaming in the kitchen area and things were crashing in there the whole time we were there.

My visit to IHOP in Westbury was a delightful experience.The atmosphere was welcoming with a clean and nicely laid out interior, and its good location offered plenty of parking.I indulged in the big steak omelet accompanied by pancakes and coffee, which were all delicious and satisfyingly prepared.Alex, my waiter, added greatly to the experience with his pleasant and friendly demeanor, making me feel right at home.Overall, it was an excellent solo breakfast that felt more like a luxurious brunch.I highly recommend this IHOP for anyone looking for a great meal in a comfortable setting.

Do not visit this location after 8pm eastern time. The host are not at the front so you have to wait until someone see you in order to be seated . Due to privacy I will not disclose the servers name my family and I had but definitely was not pleased. We sat waited about 10 minutes before the server even came to our table started off good by him taking our drinks. With the place being empty our drinks took about 15 minutes. Once the drinks arrived the coffee was poured then thrown on the table it was extremely unprofessional. When this happen I kindly ask the server was there an issue as he seemed aggravated. He just said he was fine. However, his attitude was so rude. After waiting to place our order we just asked for the bill and paid and walked out. This was the worse experience ever at IHOP. Lastly, the bathroom was terrible.l.

You could tell the kitchen was rushing to get food out. It was mediocre. The server was rushing around not really able to pay mind to the table. The restaurant was dirty. We had to ask for silverware.
Food was good. Service was excellent. My severs name was Beradette. She was warm and friendly. Beradette came back a few times to see if I needed anything.

Where should I start no organization from the front door. No separation from people paying or waiting to be seated. The place was not full, but we were seated way in the back because we wanted a booth. Our waitress was very slow. Maybe she was new retraining required. Have to think twice about coming back.
