The placr has potential but the owner i guess is a bit odd and much. Had to beg for white sauce and couldn't take out over the phone. Stop being cheap and invest in online ordering, we are not in the stone age here.

Okay... so I've been trying to find the best afghan food and it's been a struggle. I also don't have much to compare it to but at the same time I know what good food is and let me tell you.... THIS IS IT. It's cool because it's casual vibes. They give everything to you in a to go box so that's interesting, although they have seating for you. I got the beef bargh, chicken tikka and the lamb chops with my party. And omg the only thing they are missing are mantoos! But I am willing to drive from Astoria for this place so that says it all. It was SO SO good. I took my leftovers home and immediately devoured it and followed my meal with a food coma. Certainly want to gate keep this place but they deserve the recognition.

When you dine in at a restaurant you expect to eat on plates not a foil dish or take out trays. Especially for a place that is charging a lot of money. Not to mention we were also rushed to leave within 10 mins of getting our food because there were other guests that were waiting. Horrible service.

Again, hands down the best food out there! I’ve tried allllllllll the 10000s of kebab spots but nothing comes close to this one. Still waiting to be disappointed, but Omar (owner/chef) does not and will not disappoint. I just went today with my cousin and literally had to make sure I opened my personal gmail to leave this second review. Everything is juicy, has real flavor, the barj is amazing! 100000% recommend !!!
