Extremely disappointed with service provided by Layers Baker. After placing an order for a cake, I didnt receive it even after one and half hour. Despite numerous calls to Layers' complaint center and Bahria Phase 7 branch, there has been no satisfactory response and they keep asking to wait or call each other. Extreme unprofessional behaviour and intentional negligence. I request every one not to trust Layers when it comes to occasions/ guest. They never leave a chance in humiling you in gathering. You lost one more Customer #UnreliableService

Just picked up KitKat cake..nothing but an ordinary cake with 5 KitKat sticks on the cake. Regular yellow sponge cake inside with layer of chocolate ..the chocolate flavor saved the cake otherwise I wasn’t happy with the cake itself especially for the price I paid for it. Also no one was at the counter took a really long time(15+ mins) just to get the cake. Won’t be returning any time soon.

We ordered a custom biscoff cake for my daughters birthday. The communication was great; super understanding when we had to reschedule our order to a different day last minute so A+ for service. The cake itself was absolutely beautiful and it was so moist and flavorful. Every parent at the birthday party asked where we got the cake. This is our new go to spot!

My recent order from Layers Bakery F10 branch was a disappointment. The cake arrived in a messy state, with uneven layers. The subpar delivery tarnished what should have been a delightful experience. Improvements are needed to uphold the bakery's promised quality.
We have been to the Layers bake shop in Islamabad, Pakistan and we had a delicious moist chocolate fudge cake. We came in for my sisters birthday and we excitedly ordered each of the 3 different brownies (one was too dry) and 3 cupcakes and two Sundays/shooters. We loved the salted caramel and lotus shooters, no complaints, but would love a crunch factor! The red velvet cupcake was moist but not exactly a very cream cheese frosting. The lotus cupcake was the best - corn sponge and the perfect cream with biscoff flavor. The chocolate cupcake was good, it had a nice chocolate flavor, but more of a sweet milk chocolate and not so much decadent fudge. The Belgian malt brownie was the best! Complex flavors. I've also had a Ferraro Roche cake from the other location and I liked it despite being dense.

Layers has the best cupcakes and cakes that I have ever had. Most bakeries really cannot make outstanding cupcakes or cakes for a connoisseur like myself. LOL. In fact, there was only one bakery that made really good cupcakes- Magnolias. But Layers cupcakes, while not as famous, yet, are really much, much better, lighter, softer, melt in your mouth amazing flavor and taste. In fact, all of their bakery products I tried were just amazing. Truthfully, I would pay much more than they charge for such high quality products. Layers Bakeshop is a hidden treasure.
Ordered a custom cake here for my mom’s birthday and it was great. I sent a picture of the design I wanted and they communicated with me throughout the whole process so I really appreciated that. Beautiful beautiful cake and it tasted amazing!

The dessert shop of my dreams.So happy this place is 5 minutes away from me and the fact that they are open till 12am for those late night munchies.The galaxy cup is probably my favorite dessert at the moment & their biscoff cupcakes and cakes are amazing. Everything is delicious and worth trying.Highly recommend their dessert cups which are different and I haven't had anywhere else.Will continue to be my go-to dessert spot!

Sometimes you run across an amazing food business by surprise. That is the case with Layers Bake Shop. First, let's talk presentation. When you get a Layers' product, it comes in either a beautiful and colorful bag or box. Second, I had their brownies (they had a two for 1 special too!). Nice portion, delicious melt in you mouth chocolate icing and the softest, most delicious brownie you've ever had. It littmelts in your mouth. A pleasant surprise and one with lots of flavor! Go see them!
