I have been to Mireille's so many times, and I must there is room for improvement. Haitian food is great. However, the presentation can improve. The piece of chicken and meat can be refined; cut in small pieces for a sophisticated representation. The food is always the same, the same choices no matter what event, day, or time. They need more staff. They are always short of waiters. The waiters need to attend to guests more. If the water pitcher is empty, look to refill it. The ambiance is cool, upscale. The space is clean and modernized including renovations. I would love e to have a mayi moulin with shrimp or red snapper in sauce for brunch as one of the choices for the buffet .

We had my mother’s suprise birthday party there a few weeks ago. The food and environment was good. My issue with them was the service after the event. We had tons of food left over we paid for so we were trying to pack it up and take it with us. They gave us styrofoam trays instead of the aluminum catering pans. This forced us to take a whole bunch of trays. My mom and I packed at least 20 pieces of salmon fish. When we got home, we had 4 pieces of fish. The only people left were some employees and members of our household. I don’t appreciate them not giving us what we needed to Isco the food appropriately and worse of all having employees steal food from us.

I'm happy we made our choice to come here vs. Other establishments to host our banquet because i wanted the food to be seasoned with love... & use of salt/pepper/ adobo ;-).Another thing that caught my attention as the best location to have an event was the ample parking space – a rarity that truly adds convenience to the experience.Also, the waiter staff was not only attentive but also seemed genuinely passionate about ensuring all my guest had a memorable time.Moreover, the owner, who I can only describe as a sweetheart, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated from the start. I planned my whole party sight u seen solely basef on other people's/family's recommendations. We waited nearly an hour for our food. The service was just ok. They ran out of half the menu. It was only 6:00 PM. The fried pork was well seasoned and tasty. The black rice was really good as well. The fried chicken was very bland.

Not only for customer service but the way the owners assume and almost ruined our families service for the passing of our dearly loved one. If I could give lower than 0 stars I would. Staff also would have attitudes for no reason. I don’t ever hate or not show love to my fellow black businesses but this restaurant was really pushing for one.Kid-friendliness: Our little kids were sitting at a table upfront and instead of telling the kids politely not to sit they, they gave them attitudes and a hard time.

Wow I'm amazed at how much the quality of this place has decreased over the last few years. My family used to have weddings, baby showers, birthday parties for years here with no issues. But the last 2 events I been to was a nightmare. I am so embarrassed for even referring this place to a family friend for a graduation party! They provided the wrong colors for the linen/napkins, party was supposed to start at 6 but staff was still setting up tables at 6, the food was absolutely tasteless, the "manager" and staff is rude and unprofessional, the bartender was no where to be found for over an hour during 4 hour party in which unlimited wine and beer was paid for in advance! To put the icing on the cake, when we tried to address all the issues, the owner was very dismissive and unempathetic. Very disappointing experience! I won't be having any more parties or referring anyone to this place anymore.
