My complaint is about sanitary. Please probably wash your utensils because there was still food stains on some items. Also do not leave sanitized utensils on a table without some kind of table cover or utensil cover

Salads were very good but the restaurant was very noisy. The cheesecake was the best.
I'll start by saying that I love The Cheesecake Factory. It's my favorite chain restaurant. Perhaps the only chain restaurant I truly like. However, the service at this location has become intolerable. I'm not talking about the wait staff, because they are excellent. The people at the door are also awesome. However, my orders are never right and it's only at this location. Usually it's fixed promptly and I can get on with my meal, but on this last outing it was unacceptable. I came here with my kids, my son ordered a pasta dish with chicken and there was no chicken. I figured no big deal, we'll let the waiter know and told him right away. He said that he will get a side of chicken, and we said that was acceptable. Then we wait, and wait and wait some more, and no chicken. We let the waiter know, and then we wait some more. Eventually my son started eating his food because he was starving and it was getting cold. The chicken never arrived. The waiter apologizes, and says he's going to delete the chicken off the order. Of course when the check arrived, the chicken was not taken off the order, so we had to wait until the manager fixed it. It made for an unenjoyable meal and my son was still hungry afterward. The manager probably should have just given us the cold, chickenless pasta complimentary, but I didn't want to complain as we waited long enough and wanted to get on with our evening.Something similar happened on our last trip, so I hope they can turn things around in the kitchen, because we travel here all the way from Brooklyn.Parking: There's plenty of free mall parking.

Food is OK here. It’s all basically junk food. Nothing is healthy for you. The service is OK. The only thing that is good is the dessert. Food taste good but a lot of calories and way too much sugar in their desserts.
