Donuts aren't fresh. Coffees and lattes are made very inconsistently. Staff has high turnover so sometimes new staff doesn't know how to make a certain drink like an iced cappuccino.

I would not buy any food from here. I just visited a few min ago. I walk in the store and what I do I see? A big ole’ NYC size rat ? running all over the donuts. I told the guy behind the counter, he told me,”don’t worry, sometimes they come around”. I also waited outside for awhile (outside the guys vision) and the guy did not throw the donuts away.
I’m not someone who normally goes on social media and leave reviews but, I had to say something. I usually go here for gas, but over the last few months I would go inside and the smell is unbearable. Smells like dead rodents and ? . No exaggeration. I don’t even know how the employees work in there. Not to mention the last few times I bought snack cakes or candy bars from there, they was molded and expired. It’s dirty, smells like Jeffery Dahmar is storing bodies there and has rodents running all around on the food.
Get your gas and move on people.

The staff was friendly and the product was okay, but it was not as good as a traditional Tim Horton's in terms of quality. There was also an occasional smell of trash or sewage in the building which made me question the cleanliness of the establishment.

Good donuts, great coffee,Terrible staff.They were extremely rude when i ordered more than 2 donuts for a small social gathering. And they only let you use one coupon at a time which was mildly upsetting.The final nail in the coffin for me was when i ordered a dozen donuts via Postmates in 2019, and they only sent one donut. Then they refused to fix the order. I was appalled that they wouldn't fix my order the way i ordered it. And with a nasty attitude.Your staff is toxic and that's where your review was deducted 4 stars.And now that there's multiple Tim Hortons on Long Island, don't expect my business again. You gave me a terrible impression and your done. Goodbye.
