I go to this location semi regularly and every single time I go there I wait a MINIMUM of 20 minutes for my food. There's always a line of people waiting with me as well. Either they're extremely unorganized or need to train their staff

They ran out of ice, the wait for 3 coffees was like 15mins. The donut was good. It was also mad hot in here and that's probably why they ran out of ice. They had like 2 people working on a Sunday. It's been 10 minutes and my 5 ice cubes in my coffee is gone.
