We had a drink and dinner here. We sat at the bar for a glass of wine before dinner. The bartender was quick getting our order and had a good friendly personality. We then headed to our table for some dinner. Our waitress was terrific….friendly and attentive. They have a big selection of food and there were several specials (both appetizers and entrees). The entrees include seafood, beef and pastas. Our meals were really good and they have generous portions. It’s easy to get to and has a nice casual atmosphere. I’ll eat here again next time I’m in the area.

The food, the service, the drinks. Wow! Everything was amazing! Also, big kudos to our server for taking such great care of us as well! We were a group of 13 and she handled it seamlessly! This restaurant is a must try for anyone in the area, especially if you're celebrating any special occasions.

Absolutely top notch authentic Italian dining experience. Highly recommend any of the specials, or the veal saltimbocca. Make sure to finish the meal with an espresso (with some sambuca maybe).

Was there for a private party. The food was excellent and the staff was excellent. 70 people and you never had to wait more than a minute or two for someone to ask if they could get you something. Definitely recommend.

Best Eggplant Parm I've ever had. Whatever technique they use to slice it, plus whatever cooking method they use that preserves the fruity essence of the eggplant is basically magic as far as I'm concerned.

The manpower committed to customer service is something I haven’t seen. Now, satisfaction to your appetite it falls short. Flavors need a wow that just aren’t there.

We had an amazing dinner here at the round table in the center with eight people. They could make any dish gluten-free. I had spaghetti, Bolognese gluten-free, and it was amazing. The service was absolutely fantastic and our waiter was so friendly. They had many many specials and many people with me got their specials. Everyone enjoyed their pasta and every dish we had I would highly recommend !!

I went to Buon Amici recently to celebrate a family member's birthday. Recommendation was given from a local. There were about 5 of us on a weeknight and it took about 15 minutes to get seated with no reservation. The inside was adorned with Christmas regalia and picture frames with images of staff family inside. Really gives off the mom and pop vibe. Our waiter JC was very knowledgeable about the menu and offerings and on 2 occasions, he made impressed us with his reciting of 40 menu items and 20 deserts from memory. After the meal, not only did the wait staff sing, but they also were interactive during their happy birthday performance. We also received a glass of Wycliff sparkling wine. The food menu is fairly large and the wine list is as well. A multiple page booklet that covers individual glasses (house wine), half bottles, and full bottles. The appetizers were probably the best part. I'd recommend going with a group and sharing between everyone's plates.

The pasta fagioli was horrendous. I paid over $10 for the smallest container of soup imaginable. Not to add that the soup tastes like a canned Campbell and there were no ingredients in it besides the pasta and about 3 individual beans. Imagine being fed up and hungry. Do not recommend. I thought I would be safe considering the reviews indicate the seafood is trash, but the soups are too. I wish I could get my money back. So upset. Bread is stale as well.

A great place for lunch (and probably dinner, too). A good, varied menu with emphasis on classic Italian dishes, and a fine variety of $19.95 prix fixe lunch specials. There was also a long list of daily specials, but they were rattled off -- without prices -- by a waiter and were hard to remember. Bring back the blackboard or daily lists from the copy machine. Overall, though, I am a very satisfied customer.Parking: The lot is across busy Central Avenue and not very big. Two-hour limit meters nearby, so bring quarters before 6pm or download the app posted on the meters.
