Wow! Just wow. It doesn't get any better than this! Dante is THE BEST Italian American deli that I've tried in all of the greater NYC region. So if you located in the boroughs, it is DEFINITELY worth the trek up to the White Plains / Scarsdale area to check this gem out! What to check out: - You can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches, paninis, or wraps! Oh, and they are HUGE! Try the Italian Rosemary Ham Panini or the IL Piccolo Fabuloso... but, honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them! - The fresh prepared food! Are you ready for a flavor explosion? You can't go wrong with anything here. Standouts include the Vegetable Risotto and the Stuffed Peppers (get the ones with sausage). - The Italian food imports. Dante features a huge selection of import food items from Italy ranging from sauces, to pastas, to cheeses, and meats... just to name a few of the categories they carry. But go in and see for yourself. Their selection of both staples and gourmet items is quite large. I could go on and on about this place, but I think you likely get where I'm going with this review. This place is really first-rate, and I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area!

Wow. Dante's has some very delicious wraps. In simplest terms, their ingredients taste very fresh. Nothing terribly fancy. Just plain good food.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My son went in there today and the staff made him and his girlfriend feel so uncomfortable they almost left. Their food is very good BUT it doesn't give them the right to be rude and dismissive to patrons. Don't be in the service industry if you can't provide a pleasant experience. Not nice.

Best chicken cutlet sandwich ever! I got the chicken cutlet sandwich with pesto, mozzarella, prosciutto and roasted sweet red peppers. Phenomenal! Best chicken cutlet sandwich in Westchester. :)

We just had a party for my graduating daughter. Dante's catered it and I could not have been more pleased. Both Anthony and Giovanna were very helpful, friendly and full of energy whenever I talked to them. They are very confident in the quality of their food because they are committed to doing things well. My order was beautifully wrapped and presented. It was delicious and the whole family was delighted with the meal. I am so happy that we used them for this event. Well done!

Stopped by here last week. Got a grilled chicken, hot soppresata, and provolone sandwice. The sandwich itself was excellent. I had to knock the rating down because this place has really really bad "flow control" of the line. They just don't seem to know how to move it along (and we are talking about 11:15AM well before prime lunchtime hour). Wait is typically 10-20 minutes for a sandwich. I'm not sure if they need more help (there appeared to be at least 5-6 people behind the counter) or whether they just don't move fast enough. But it unfortunately disincents one from wanting to go back.

Staff needs training. Chipotle cranberry cheese is not pepper jack cheese. A shame because it's luck of the draw with who helps you and after waiting so long to get the wrong thing, makes you question coming back. To the guy who made our sandwiches, you need a better attitude and lesson on what ingredients the store carries. If you get the owner, owners wife, or one of the two other women you are in good hands. if you get the random guy, we'll you might as well let the person behind you go ahead. Our sandwiches are tasteless and we get this all the time, and thanks for the one thin small slice of avocado, you really ripped us off today.
