This is the best Dunkin' I've been to. The staff is friendly, festive around the holidays, and fast. They genuinely care about their customer's experience. This is really nice to see at a franchise.Parking: Can be limited, but there are lots on both sides of the building.
I wish there were no stars to give- my husband went in and bought 2 donuts- he brought them home and they were hard as a rock- For some reason he went there again a few months later and the exact same thing happened- I can't understand why people go in there. Never again

This dunkin is always busy. Staff is always friendly and tons of people coming and going. Only downside is it's walk in only but not a big deal for me. Overall enjoy stopping by this place. Would recommend!

HORRIBLE ? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….. I ordered an ice caramel macchiato from the app like I usually do. For some reason the drink didn’t come out properly. I asked one of the ladies that normally makes my drink if she can make it and the manager came over and told her not to make it in Spanish. The gentleman started talking about me in Spanish to the other lady and the manager and I full understand Spanish. So now after 3 people touch my cup the manager is asking me if I want an extra shot of espresso; I declined. I told the manager I’m not going to argue with you; I stated you can either have the other lady make me or new one or give me a full refund. The manager throws my drink out and walked away. I waited 10 additional minutes and I then walked to the register, and asked for a refund. The manager eventually gave me a refund of $7 ( my drink cost $6.38.) It took a total of 31 mins before I received a refund at the store. I don’t recommend any one to go this location. No one deserves bad service….
