I work in the building and the prices are a rip off, 8.75 for a little bit of rice with chicken cutlet. You think they would offer discounts for employees in the building

They didn’t have iced coffee or bathrooms, but the staff was super friendly and nice.

Ordered a Caesar salad and it was drenched in dressing and looked like it was put together in a trash bin.

Quick, convenient, and clean place to pick up breakfast or lunch. It's easiest to access using the Main St entrance.

I had a meeting in the building and my colleague and i stopped in for lunch. Its right across from the train station. You can tell its a good place for lunch with consistent food just judging by the crowd. Awesome salad bar selection. Thats what i got. My colleague had one of the hot dishes and said it was very good. Will definitely be back when in the area. Service is quick and efficient. They get you in and out with exactly what you want.

This is a good spot for breakfast and lunch. It is located in the first floor of the Gateway Building; an office building near the train station in White Plains. Their hot meal selections are really good. For a little lunch spot, they do pasta dishes really well. They do tend to run out of the hot dishes; especially on days when the weather is foul and folks who work in the bridling don't want to venture elsewhere. The prices are quite reasonable. I have never had any issues with the staff. They are working to serve a rush, so they don't really have time for friendly chat.

This is one of those places geared towards lunch time for the people who work in the surrounding office buildings. It is hard to find unless you know about it since it isn't well marked from the road. I didn't even know it was called Gateway until I saw it on Yelp (my coworkers and I call it 'across the street'). I have eaten here probably once a week for years. They have a salad bar and a hot bar, but the only really tasty thing is the special (love the chicken ceasar salad on Tuesdays). There can be long lines to check out (one of the two registers is cash only). Still better than eating at the Galleria every day...

Food prices are reasonable but the customer service is extremely poor. The cashier has a knack for slamming change on the counter and has selective hearing when being asked for bags/receipts. She also has a potty mouth and thinks that saying degrading comments in another language is acceptable. Perhaps she had an off day but that is unacceptable to paying customers.
