This is a mall kiosk. The employees were friendly and attentive. I did not have to wait long for my freshly made burger. It was a 1/3# burger and it was very good. Took a couple of supporting pics. The food court is on the 4th floor, but there are escalators that take you up there easily as well as an elevator.

The food was great, but the price is ridiculous!!! Almost $30 for a double burger, loaded tots, and a drink. The checkout station has the nerve to ask for a tip too... Food is not worth the price. I could have had a decent meal that the CheeseCake Factory next door for the same price.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They close at 8 pm & I was on line at 7:20 pm. The cashier tells me they’re closed & there’s at least 3 more people behind me. I leave but I watch the guy behind me still staying in line. The cashier takes him anyway even though she told me the last customer was the lady in front of me. I asked her why she took him when I was in line before him. She tells me that the guy & the lady in front of me are together when they are clearly not. She ends up taking the guy’s order anyway. Which is really ridiculous. I was clearly there first but she DENIES me. I watch the guy get his food & leave while the lady sits with her family in the food court. It’s not even about the food & the lies but the principle. First, you close at 8 but stop taking people at 720? Then you deny me but let someone else go. It’s really stupid. They should really not be denying people at 7:20 when you’re supposed to close at 8. Change your hours to 7:30 then. Unreal. Also the kiosks where u order was out of order. It would’ve helped to have that working so the line moved quicker but I’m sure they turned it off so they can turn away customers. They clearly don’t like sales. The staff was out by 7:55- must be nice to leave before the actual place closes. Thank goodness for Shake Shack staying open, kiosks working & nicer employees.

there Is absolutely zero customer service at this location. I recently ordered something where they forgot to put one of the items. I called, listen through the recordings, only for somebody to pick up and just say "hello ". He pretended that I called the wrong number, which is impossible because I just listened through the recordings prior to him picking up. And when I called again, they put the phone straight to voicemail. This has happened to me twice where if you call more than once they just go straight to voicemail. You need better employees

Don’t eat here. Ordered a Korean bbq which they cook DRENCHED in bbq sauce and mayo! $25 down drain and ruined my lunch believe the 3 star reviews abs eat elsewhere. Pretty soon they will go out business if nobody supports this disgusting food.
