Best Italian outside of NYC...excellent service and outstanding food, in a nice but slightly dated atmosphere.

Still my favorite restaurant of all time. Atmosphere is awesome. Food is magnificent. Service is always great and the way they decorate for the holidays is spectacular

Old old school Italian. Piano player going all night. Owner at the door. Not many of these places left. Worth a try

For starters, we showed up Tuesday and I had mistakenly booked for Wednesday. We live in CT and we sometimes meet friends from NJ in White Plains, halfway for both of us. The host was amazing. After a good laugh over my mistake and the fact that a pretty large private event was going on, he found us a great table. The food was great. Yes, it's expensive, but it's a lovely fine dining restaurant that's a lovely experience. This will remain on our "White Plains List."

Had a wonderful dinner at Mulino’s in White Plains, a long established Italian institution right off Mamaroneck Avenue. Everything we ate was great. The service was professional and friendly. The ambiance was elegant and romantic, dimly lit, with a beautiful Christmas light display. There’s a lot of good places around where you can order something simple like a Caesar salad and it’s just boring and mediocre. Then you come to a place like this and you realize you forget how something so common can be so delicious when done correctly. Then you have the homemade pasta, the numerous specials, the table side pasta service, the complimentary parmigiano reggiano, the impressively extensive dessert menu, the colossal seafood platter, etc, etc. The options are endless, you’ll never get bored here. If you’re looking for a high end, extraordinary experience that’s worth the money, look no further.Parking: There’s a small lot right across the street, or you can opt for valet

This place has amazing service, food, and ambiance. The restaurant looks very nice inside with beautiful seasonal decorations. Our food came out delicious and the portion was generous. For appetizer, we ordered the beef carpaccio and french onion soup and they were the best we've ever had. Then, we got the black linguine with baby lobster tails and it was amazing. We ended the meal with the crème brûlée which was lit on fire! I highly recommend Mulino and cannot wait to come back!

Food was good decorations were pretty. I must say we went with a large group of ladies. And we were all disappointed with the service. The waiter seemed very annoyed and unfriendly. The owner didn't come over to us at all and when we left not even a wave or thank you. There was only 1 other table taken. We asked for cocktails a certain way and he didn't bring as asked. When I questioned the mistake he replied That is what you asked me.

This place never disappoints and especially around the holidays! So make your reservations early. The decor is incredibly magical. Family friendly, dates, groups, it's perfect for any dinner or lunch gathering for that matter. Started the evening with a Cosmo and some apps': shrimp cocktail, burrata and heirloom tomatoes and fresh raw oysters. We then ordered dinner, lobster ravioli for me, lamb chop special for the husband and spinach fettuccini bolognese for the kids. It was all super fresh, cooked perfectly and delicious. Portion sizes are just right and we always take some home. Dessert was espresso martini and creme brûlée. We'll be back!!
