I went today 10/3 to get Ice-cream and though the Ice-cream was ok, I spent $5 on a snickerdoodle cookie only to get home and it wasn't good. The cookie had a weird insipid taste. I'm very disappointed because old batches should be thrown out and not sold to customers! I will not return to this location again!

I was in the mood for the creamy, cold taste of ice cream the other night, so we took a stroll down Mamaroneck Ave, The Ave was hopping which was fun in and of itself.Walked into Ralph's and the first thing that hit me was the smell, a mixture between cleaning solution and stale air. The young woman waiting on us made no effort to be pleasant or smile. Tasted the cherry ice cream, which was not very good, so went with Oreo, figuring that's a standard flavor that if not great, is usually good in most ice cream shops. I was wrong, tossed most of it out on the street.My question - why do people go there?

Called location to verify closing time the girl on the phone told me to go to another ice cream location because they wanted to close early. Not a good customer experience; maybe train your employees not to turn down customers.
I was driving by and noticed this corner ice cream shop with a line outside. I was in the mood for ice cream so I turned around to find parking. Menu had so many options so I went with Cherry Jubilee (Cherry Garcia) and Orange and cream. The cherry jubilee was great, but the orange and cream was a bit too much cream and less orange for my taste. The service was friendly and we got our order rather quickly. There's seating outside so I took a seat and enjoyed my ice cream with the family!

Used to be the best by far but recently they changed their recipe and added twice the amount of water, it is no longer the wonderful Gem it was. I thought at first it was a mistake so we we t back again a month later and sadly its not. Unfortunately we will never go back as it is not the delightful product it once was. time to move on

I highly recommend this place whether you want to take your kids or your significant other or even with the bros. Unfortunately the only problem with this is that its hard to choose when they offer many flavors, many different options.
