I got takeout. The gyoza/ dumplings were good. The ginger chicken dish was flavorful but somehow felt a bit greasy/ oily.

The variety of different hot dogs is crazy, the menu is huge. Delicious and fun, location has parking unlike the rest of White Plains and the owner is a really nice guy. Puppers are welcome too. Only reason Walters gets any business is because The Dog Den is closed during the winter months.

I came here September 9th, 2023 so I don't remember the exact dogs I got BUT I tell you the styles of dogs on the menu is INSANE. Its a HUGE menu with so many different and creative styles that it took me and my brothers some time to decide. Which was fun. Ultimate, we got about 3 different styles and they were all very delicious. Yes, they are big, stuffed and they didn't skimp out on the toppings. The sides of fries and tater tots were on point and the lemonade was HUGE and so dang refreshing. The atmosphere was nice. It has a cool, neighborly, community type of feel. Its outdoors, right near the stream, with some little games to play while you wait, or simply enjoy. Plenty of space to eat.The staff were nice and cool. It was like ordering from some friends.PROS:-LOTS and LOTS of options of different styles to choose from-The portions are very hefty and they don't skimp out-The food is good and hits the spot-The lemonade is HUGECONS:-If you're looking for something more simple, the menu will be overwhelming and probably not for you-Being outdoors is awesome but if it rains....Well plan accordingly!Verdict: If you're a hot dog lover, Dog Den is totally worth making a trip to White Plains for. Highly recommend it!

I've been absolutely dying to try this place since I drove past it a few months ago. I was worried I wouldn't be able to this year as the temperature cooled down but I'm so glad I was able to try it because let me tell you, it was SO WORTH IT. They have so many delicious hot dog options to choose from, but I landed on the McDogden. It was essentially a Big Mac hot dog (no hamburger). Everything about it just worked, from the hot dog itself to the sesame seed bun, special sauce, and chopped onions. The curly fries and onion rings were also delicious, the curly fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. I was initially worried about the actual hot dog as I have a thing with hot dogs that "snap". If you also have this fear, rest assured, the weenies at The Dog Den do not snap!!

Had the Chili Willy, basically a Chili cheese dog with onions. The hot dog was perfectly cooked, the chili had good flavor, not too spicy. Side of curly fries were excellent.

The Dog Den is a great place to stop in for a hot dog in white plains. Just of the Bronx river path it’s a great ride from New York, and you can enjoy nice trails. Dog Den is just off the trail, and within the variety of hot dogs, everyone will be happy. I didn’t love the cheese on my dogs, but I’ve had dogs with more pickles and onions that were amazing here. I try something new every time.

This place is a vibe in the summer. The hot dog creations are super cool but more than that, we enjoyed the atmosphere. The kids were kept entertained with games while waiting for our food. There's seating right in front but also "across the street" under some trees. I put that in quotes because it's a tiny street that barely anyone passes. (Disclaimer: we went on a Monday afternoon so might be more thru traffic other days/ times). The kids meals had so many cute things included, way better than a Happy Meal!Kid-friendliness: Lots to entertain the kids.

This place is the GO TO SPOT for hotdogs. You have to go check it out. They have there summer menu with so many choices. Their owner Dennis, is a stand up guy who makes sure each and every customer has a perfect experience. My go to is the Mcdogden. It’s a take on a Big Mac and absolutely insane. When they have it try there homemade Arnold Palmer lemon icee. Will blow your mind. Been there so many times google maps made a video of a few of my dogs. Had to share with the community.
