They make the best breakfast sandwich ?

A solid 3 for never changing and for being the perfect pick up spot if you want to grab a basic breakfast sandwich. BB

Food tastes great but the experience was not good since the cashier was careless and added an extra sandwich “Reuben” which we never got in the bag and never ordered. She was rude when asked over the phone about the same and instead of French Fries gave us Home Fries. Price on the display board was different than what she charged.

I order from Tommy’s at least twice a week. The prices are fair, the food is excellent and the service is so fast. The turkey club is outstanding. They’re one of the few delis in the area with excellent chicken cutlets. My only complaint? Add a sausage egg and cheese on a roll to the menu. Add one with hash browns and call it the Annie ;)

Great bacon sandwich on a buttered toasted everything bagel with Columbian coffee. Nice warm tables. Quick service. Only improvement would be to lower the cost from $6.75 with tax down under $6.

Zero stars. Rude service. Food sucks. Overpriced. Smells like mold. Oh, did I mention the cashier hates her life?

My review is for the location at 311 North street location . I have visited this Lobby pavilion diner on numerous occasions for a quick coffee while dropping off my grand daughter who has autism at the Fred Keller school. The lobby diner is directly opposite the entry to school. I have purchased coffee and at times a breakfast sandwich and sat at the tables with my grandaughter. The cashier has always been very unwelcoming, not the friendliest but today she crossed the line with her rude behavior. On this morning I arrived early with my granddaughter and I sat at the tables BUT I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM HER ESTABLISHMENT. I had a dunkin coffee. The lobby tables are not marked that they are diner tables so while there are two areas a person can easily be confused and think this is lobby seating as opposed to diner seating. My grandaughter was talking loud SHE HAS AUTISM.... and it was clear that the elderly diner cashier was bothered. She came over VERY RUDELY AND SAID THAT THE TABLES WERE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS AND THAT NOW SHE NEEDED TO DISINFECT THE TABLES. Not sure why she didn't just let us know in a polite way that the tables were for customers of the diner and that there was designated seating that we could utilize that was available for lobby.... Since she has no signage stating that the area is not part of lobby area. I went over to her and let her know I come here a lot and have purchased and sat with my grandaughter many times and this is the first time I have not purchased a coffee and that it was rude for her to continue to repeat how she now had to disinfect the tables because we had sat down. I'm rating this establishment ON THE RUDENESS OF THEIR CASHIER. The cashier has every right to let me know that the tables are for paying customers BUT SHE SHOULD SPEAK TO PEOPLE.... Especially since I have been a paying customer many times before with respect and courtesy because now I will never purchase at her establishment again. I'm not sure why she felt it necessary to keep repeating that she needed to disinfect her tables just because I sat their with my grandaughter because when I have been a paying customer I never heard anything about disinfecting tables. She immediately came over and started spraying down the tables. Never has she done this in the past. She could have told me politely that tables were for customers and shown me the seating area for lobby and then cleaned her tables BUT ANNOUNCING REPEATEDLY THAT NOW SHE NEEDED TO DISINFECT WAS RUDE AND INSENSITIVE. She works in the service industry and common courtesy and kindness is a plus in determining where I spend my money and her insensitivity was unacceptable. She even went into the school to complain and then loudly stated that the school needs to send out an email to let the parents know. THIS CASHIER NEEDS TRAINING! She's rude.

Food is always good my coworkers and I eat here regularly.

Our small group was very hungry and Tommy's fulfilled all of our orders quickly! I was so impressed with the quality of my salad--all the toppings made it unique and healthy. My other two coworkers enjoyed a sub (aka wedge) and a Reuben. My third coworker enjoyed her seafood salad. This is a deli with very little seating but we were able to all together at a booth.

The lady that works at the register is beyond rude! She rushes customers, by saying things like, "what do you want?". A senior lady asked for a bag and she rolled her eyes and acted as if she didn't hear her. But my final straw was, she cashed out my order and then began talking to another customer. So, I took a bag on the counter for my food and she snatched it from me...yes, SNATCHED! She has been rude for years..I don't know what her problem is but I rather starve than to deal with her and give my hard earned money to this business again...she needs a therapist!
