I came in and was experiencing difficulty getting the rental yet she did all that she could to help me and at last I left with a vehicle with an astounding cost! Undoubtedly as I would like to think they are the most incredible in the city! Ensure in the event that you want a rental you go there first. Thanks to Vitality Bowls.

They messed up our order so bad we had to go back and get like 3 new sandwiches they forgot one our our drinks.. and the one sandwich was messed up AGAIN. Originay asked for rosted turkey with no sun dried tomatoes or spinach- they didn't exclude those.. then the next one the "fixed one" didn't even have turkey on it OR the cheese this time instead it had an egg?! dont know where the egg came from. And on top of it all was given an attitude when we asked for the correct order, all of which wasn't worth it because the food wasn't that good.

After Pilates class which is next door to this gem of a healthy food alternative (from the usual burgers, fries and heroes) I ventured in to Vitality Bowls to learn a little more about healthy eating and then of course to indulge! The owner Marlene was present at the front with her staff to guide me through their extensive menu of smoothies, energy drinks, Açaí bowls, salads, paninis and the list goes on. I had a smoothie "Açaí Elixir"and "The Invigorator" both delicious and also a great cup of coffee. Okay I was thirsty! Since my first visit, I have dipped my toe back in the Vitality Bowl several more times and have had several of their Acai Bowls, the Nutty bowl, the Vitality bowl and the Tropical bowl. All delicious, a meal unto themselves. The staff welcoming, friendly and informative have started me on my journey of healthy delicious meals. I am so glad I found you!

The staff forgot the add ons that I paid for, and what I did get within my açaí bowl was pretty much flavorless. I had to add my own scoop of almond butter when I got home in an attempt to save it- but still ended up throwing half out. Will be sticking to Bango Bowls in the future-

Place is very clean and the drinks are tasty but they take forever to make. An order of 2 smoothies shouldn't take over 15 mins to make with hardly anyone in the store.

Yummy food, friendly service. And coffee is good too. Takes a bit longer than most places but its because the food is fresh not processed premade and filled with extra sugar.

I've gone here a couple times and I do like their bowls, my favorite is the vitality bowl. It's deff very expensive though.. i added peanut butter and it was almost $13 for their smallest size. It was really good though

Vitality bowls, I was so excited when you opened right next door to my pilates studio! A healthy eatery will all-natural ingredients and reusable dine-in bowls and cutlery?? (THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT, PEOPLE!! Why don't more establishments do this??) Sign me up, I thought! I work in Manhattan, so the Manhattan-high prices seemed normal to me, though not necessarily at this particular location. Still, I went a few times. What was not normal to me were the incredibly long wait times - 20 minutes for a smoothie or bowl? And the up-charge for the gluten-free granola (which is actually not a granola, but a popular gluten-free boxed cereal which I buy for myself at home)? Which I have ordered now three times and not ONCE has the person at the register informed me of the price increase. The first time I was surprised. The second two times were experiments. Not a peep about the extra cost. I have a very sensitive stomach and and when I find a place I can eat at easily, which is a testament to the quality of their ingredients, I tend to be a repeat customer. I went once a week-ish for almost three months and still, three months later, I was hearing phrases like "sorry about the wait, we're new and we're all in training." That's when I stopped going. It's convenient and tasty and like I said before I really really appreciate the reusables when you order to-stay, but unless I know I'll be out for hours and hours after my workout, I now wait till I'm home to make my own smoothie.

The woman in the front is unfriendly and rude. Does not welcome you. Then I paid $14 for a warrior bowl. Which is disappointing because So Bol, is not only quicker, friendlier staff, and cheaper! The bowl tasted so plain. Will not be returning. Wish I could get a refund from here. !!

Went the morning of Sunday 8/18. Woman before me had to get a refund because a machine was broken. I ordered a smoothie. I finished most of it. Towards the bottom I had a piece of PLASTIC in my drink. NEVER going back. TERRIBLE.

Ordered "The Dragon" smoothie which is supposed to have Pitaya, Guava Juice, Strawberries, Mango, Raspberries. Did not look nor taste like pitaya at all, rather it tasted like watery frozen strawberries. NOT worth the overpriced $9.22 with tax they charge. Sobol or tropical smoothie are way better bangs for your buck and actually use the ingredients their menu says.

First time at this location and unfortunately it will be my last too. Like other reviews have mentioned the place is very nice and clean. However the portions are not worth the money. I ordered an avocado toast (under the panini section) for $5.50. I was expecting a toasted panini with avocado. Instead I got ONE slice of bread with avocado!! What happened to the panini or at least two slices of bread for that price. Also got the graviola bowl and again like other reviewers have mentioned, although it was tasty, the amount of toppings were skimpy. (And just to point out, I asked to have the mulberries substituted with blueberries and was charged .75 cents for the blueberries but received no discount for leaving the mulberries behind - had I known, I would have kept the mulberries as well).

Not worth the prices/service. I walked in and no one else was in the store including behind the counter. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come out and take my order. Afterwards waited another 30 minutes to receive my order to go. When I got home I noticed the toppings I paid extra for were missing. The sizes are way smaller than sobowls, beach bowls etc. and you pay way more for it. I asked to remove almond milk from a bowl and the girl at the counter said she couldnt since it is already premade. Not "fresh" as they claim to be. Would never recommend or come here again.

I just had a Warrior bowl delivered to me via Uber Eats. It was delicious, a very generous portion and it was still nice and frozen when it arrived. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
