Do not order smoothies from What a bagel. The menu does not describe the smoothie correctly. Insead of using low fat yogart they are using Ice Cream. When I questioned the server he had nothing to say. Does TIFFANY the owner not know they are a lot of diabetics in this world and people order low fat smoothies For a reason SHAME on Tiffany. Totally shady business practice

I called this morning to place a corporate catering order. While inquiring about a price (the prices are not listed on the website), I was told, 'I'm too busy to talk,' and he then hung up. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here, and I will be providing this information to the people who referred us.

Terrible. Don’t waste your money here. Food was sooooo mediocre and overpriced. I bought a bagel, bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, and a house coffee. All items were very below average and not worth the money AT ALL. Do they think they’re in Manhattan ??!They didn’t even have a bathroom! Coffee was terrible too and overpriced as well. Save your money and time and don’t go to this place. I make better sandwiches at home just from Youtube. I regret wasting money there ?

Well, they are trying..... asked for a chocolate muffin got a chocolate chip. So many options, and right around the corner from me! Just seems inconsistent (new owners/management)? But the bagels are good and I'm gonna be a regular!

A cute little bagel shop but the customer service was unpleasant for my first time visiting. The gentleman behind the counter did their best to get the orders prepared in a timely manner. The lady behind the counter and working on the register can use a refresher on her customer service skills. I witnessed another woman pointing out a fly in the bagels case and the lady completely ignored her. Good thing the woman was persistent and repeated herself yet the lady did absolutely nothing. The breakfast sandwich that I order wasn't all that tasty but you win some and you lose some. I don't think I'll be visiting this place again.

Rude, unhelpful.Since I didn't have my wallet with me, I asked whether I can tap. A rude employee said over $10.I asked if coffee, water and bagel would be over 10, and this employee said no.I was impressed by how cheap it was, and went 5o get cash. Upon coming back the same items were 14$, but the rudeness was the same

The owner and staff are extremely rude and act as if I need their business. Please save yourself some time and go to the many other bagel spots in the area. Wish I was able to give a half or no star at all!
