This review was long overdue. First , the people working here are not friendly ! Like the guy never ever smiles or talks back unless you ask him a question and even if you do he barely answers. Secondly, I don't know if it's a management order or what but I have to tell them no liquid sugar or they put it instantly!!! Like why do you do that ??! Unless I say I want liquid sugar ?! 2 sugars means 2 sugars not 2 pumps of liquid sugar thats nasty I mean I had to throw out my coffee countless times! Please STOP AUTOMATICALLY USING LIQUID SUGAR unless customer asks for it !!! I don't have any issues with this in any other Dunkin and it makes me go elsewhere because of this !

Convenient location, not a lot of parking, Great ice cream! as Baskin-Robbins is inside of this establishment.. and Dunkin Donuts coffee and products are also very good. Gave only 4 stars because they seem slightly understaffed.
