Been going there for decades. Used to be the best. Recently however, it has been a huge disappointment. Food is undercooked, tasteless and yet prices have increased. Need to find a new Chinese restaurant.

I had something that I had not had before. General Tsao shrimp. It was very tasty and different than I had ever before.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was quick and accommodating. The place is clean and small but you still can eat inside. Mostly take out though. Nice neighborhood gem

Firstly, the service was really nice (family-owned it seems). The restaurant was quite small but sufficient. I ordered the General Tao's Chicken, Singapore Rice Noodle, and Fresh Shrimp Chow Fen for two. All the dishes was delicious and the sauce for the General Tao's Chicken was perfect (sweet, slightly spicy and tangy). The Singapore Rice Noodle had shrimps, slices of chicken and roast pork (it was spicy and currlicious). Finally the Fresh Shrimp Chow Fen (the wide noodles was savory, umami, smoky, and chewy). I highly recommend if you are craving Chinese food!

Update to prior reviewKelly's has long been our go-to Chinese takeout, but unfortunately, it's not anymore. The last few times we ordered have been disappointing, but we have continued to order because everyone can have a bad night. Well last night was the end of the line for me.Beef lo main - dry & practically inedibleGeneral tso chicken - just okFried dumplings - dry, no dipping sauce sent with themBeef with oyster sauce - bland and with the added bonus of black hair in it. And no....I'm a redhead, my husband is bald & our cat is white so it wasn't one of ours.So now we start our search for a new Chinese takeout fave in Bayside. Any suggestions?

First time last time! Ordered basic chicken and broccoli, egg rolls and pork fried rice (Lack of flavor, very little sauce to dip my egg roll in even the fried rice was kinda tasteless. Also size of order looked small. i'm done, Next establishment

This is the best Chinese restaurant.

The food is ok. The problem is they often get the order wrong and the woman there argues about it. Not a language problem. Problem is a failure to communicate. Be wary of this place. Empire kitchen is much better and just down the block

Consistently good. Been a neighborhood fixture as well as a customer for decades, dishes are all made well.

Well, you might ask why ....I went in one night and I had given my order and while I was standing there watched the young cook wipe his face with a cloth AND THEN WIPE A CLEAVER WITH THE SAME CLOTH.....omg I was so upset at seeing this. Disgusting!!!
