The food and beer were great quality but I did find the staff to be a bit disengaged. They were nice and attentive but to get an order placed I had to go to the bar each time and place the order even though I was sitting across the room. Again, great quality food and beer and they were nice but they were taking a "they'll come to us" approach.

It's OK. Kinda small and odd location. It was a little busy and I would say they were understaffed for the crowd. Difficult to get a drink. Did not get any food.

12 Gates is definitely in a strange location if you've never been before, but it's totally worth the drive through the industrial park! The beer is always good, and really cheap for the quality! Everyone that works there is super friendly. It's a really cool spot!

celebrated my birthday last night at 12 Gates and had a fabulous evening thanks to April & April !! The beer was outstanding....highly recommend Siren from their Monsters and Myths series!! The pizza, the wing dip,OMG, Delicious!! Top that off with friendly, prompt, bar tenders and you have a perfect evening!! Well done, 12 Gates.

Amherst location is a cute little location nestled back in a group of businesses. Strange place for a brewery, but it adds to the outdoorsy feeling of a backyard get together. White pizza is excellent. Beer is good. Saw a few awesome bands here as well. Definitely worth a stop.

I was so excited about this placed based on the reviews but left feelin’ kinda bummed. The staff were kind and the outside seating was nice. I’ve never been a brewery where flights come in plastic cups. The beer was ok, but not amazing and the food was just …maybe only come for the beer. Their “garlic bread” was toast and garlic salt. And overall food just lacked flavor and honestly expensive and bad.
Beer was awesome, but the bartender (girl with black hair and tattoos) was rude, mean, arrogant, amd a straight a$%hole!!! Won't be back!!! And ill be spreading the word!!!

Love the community events. The beer is just OK, and the servers always seem overwhelmed. Food is a little too pricey for what’s offered. They’re great to the community…just not that good overall.

They make a heck of a margarita for a brewery! My husband loved his beer. Hot pretzel sticks were very good. Pot roast on weck was delicious and the pork tacos were good too. Very nice staff. Smaller place with decent size bar and several tables.
