Food is very good and of high-quality. Service is extremely slow. I was 40 minutes early for a meeting around the block from Anderson's. I thought that was enough time to grab a quick bite. Not the case. There were 2 party's in front of me in line. 2 people on one and 3 in the other. It took the cashier 15 minutes to process those orders. From the time I ordered till I received my order was another 15. As I waited I had to wipe a table so I could have a clean spot to eat. The food was good, but I was late for my meeting.They are always busy when I go. They are also always slow when I go. Sometimes it's worth the wait, but not today.Lastly, bring a full wallet because Anderson's is not cheap

Ty made our first time here even greater than the 'without saying' famously amazing ice cream! We recently visited Anderson's and it was amazing! The ice cream flavors were delicious and they had a wide variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area! Especially the coffee bean, and Watsons sponge candy flavors. ?

Just ok. This was my first time at a Andersons and it wS a little let down . I was surprised that the roast beef was not carved and more of a thin deli cut. Taste was ok, visually though it reminded me more of Arbys than of a typical beef on weck in WNY. Ive heard that their frozen custard/ice cream cakes are good, but at the prices they charge for them Ill never know. Place was clean, staff not really friendly but def not rude. Cajun fries were just ordinary seasoned curly qs w zero cajun to them. My wofe got the cols turkey sandwich amd was satisfied but not impressed. Maybe this place just isnt for us. Idk, but we wont be back.

This is one of my family's favorite ice cream places year round!Parking: A very large lot compared to the size of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Always a great experience for our little. Ice cream treats included with the kids Neal's makes my kiddos day. That and when she can steal ice cream from me and her momma too. Lol.
