We got takeout for a school fundraiser. Food was good- great option when you want a home cooked Italian meal without the work. Lots of menu options.

Always good food and service, great portion sizes and a large variety of items. Always very quick with pick up times and never waiting for food on arrival. A go to for takeout

Is there anywhere in Buffalo that actually makes a good calzone??? I really miss my days of work assignments over in Long Island, NY, where pizza and calzones are actually an enjoyable meal!At least it's the way a calzone should be made and doesn't have raw dough inside like the one I experienced last night from The Italian Village, but the bottom is burnt! Not the enjoyable calzone I was expecting to experience. Ooohhhh well! Maybe I will just stick to having dinner at the Yelling Goat when I am in Buffalo, NY area for work assignments! The Yelling Goat has consistently good food.

This place is fantastic!! My family of five loves to order the family pack with the chicken Parmesan and penne. You get so much excellent food for less than what we would pay for pizza and wings at our usual pizza place. The employees at Andiamo are excellent too. Always friendly and quick. We have never actually dined in, but Andiamo is one of our favorite takeout places now!

Food is always delicious, especially the lasagna. Staff is always very friendly! Love their calzones which are huge and the signature subs are outstanding!

Ordered in the parking lot and 20 min later we had our food. Staff is awesome there!! We ordered Meatballs, spaghetti, spaghetti with white clam sauce, lasagna, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and garlic knots. The sauce with the lasagna is on the sweeter side which I enjoyed. The sauce that came with the spaghetti was less sweet and everyone enjoyed that sauce as well.

We got penne Tuscano. It was SO GOOD! We tried the roll that came with it and had to go back for more. It was homemade and authentic. It was so flavorful. The chicken was fresh and tender and seasoned beautifully. I’m really looking forward to my next trip there. I think I’ll try the Alfredo next timeVegetarian options: Most dishes didn’t include meat unless you added it onParking: Easy access to the building with free parkingKid-friendliness: My kids would eat here

This place has some of the best quality food you can get in Amherst. Only really annoying thing is that we can never get food for lunch during work. It says they open at 11am but every time we call to place orders at 11:30 they say they don't take lunch orders this early because they're too busy with catering orders.

The girl wrote directions for reheating chicken piccata for 250 degrees for 15 min. Not even close to being accurate. Food was good though.

The gnocchi was ok but doesn't even come close to the scratch made gnocchi at vault 647 or the billy club. based on the texture I couldnt have distinguished this from Wegmans fresh gnocchi in the refrigerated section. Very similar taste and texture. The sauce had a good flavor but a hint of a sweet aftertaste. Im hard pressed to believe that the sauce at this place is made with only fresh produce, (I highly suspect the tomatoes are from a can or at least they're using tomato paste from a can, it just didn't have the same taste or consistency as when a sauce is made from 100% fresh produce and herbs. People have different interpretations of "from scratch" but for me that means using only fresh produce and nothing from a can or jar) The pizza that was on display looked like something that you'd find in the crypt keepers mansion. Which would explain why it didn't look like they had sold any, it looked about a week old and completely dried out. I was super excited to try the garlic knots and those were completely disappointing! bland and flavorless, both my friend and I took a bite and just spit them out and said it's not even worth the calories. The texture of the bread was soft but it was just completely flavorless, it appeared to have some type of oil brushed on it with minced garlic, but again I presume it was garlic from a container and not minced from fresh cloves. it was just utterly bland. Perhaps if they had used salted butter on top of the knots with fresh garlic, it would have added a little more flavor. Also, the door was propped open so there was a bee that was flying in and out, it wasn't bothering anybody but the two teen girls working at the register were focused on killing it with an electrified swatter, not because they were allergic, but because they were "scared" of bees, that was very upsetting to see since protecting bees is especially important. Definitely not a place I would go back to. If you want scratch made gnocchi thats amazing, with incredibly soft pillowy texture, try the vault 647 or the billy club. If you want mediocre pasta and flavorless garlic bread this is the place for you.

I was craving pasta, so I decided to give this place a try. I ordered eggplant parmigiana with fettuccine Alfredo and pappardelle bolognese. I got a side Caesar salad with both. Overall, very good. HUGE portions. Two people can easily split one entree. They also came with some sort of roll. My only critique was of the eggplant itself. It was on the tough side, so I would probably try the chicken parmigiana next time personally. Service was great! I did takeout so I can't speak much to the ambiance.
