As a native Korean, this place is a must-go. Nothing else to say. The name (Arirang) and food are just authentic. Quick prep time is another bonus.

Saw this little Korean restaurant when I was at Wingnutz. They are in the same plaza. I placed my order online, when I got there no one was at the restaurant at all. My food was already on the front desk and someone from the back waved at me, signaling to pick up the bag there. I ordered the combo special . It came with bulgogi beef, 2 pieces of fish cake, a small piece of egg, a little bit of kimchi, 3 fried dumplings, rice and a can of soda. It was supposed to also included a toy, but I got 2 small bags of sour patch kids. They must have ran out. I also ordered the rice cake soup. The beef was a little tough, fish cakes and dumplings tasted ok. I wished they gave a little more kimchi. Rice was a little dry. For $13.95, it is not expensive but not too tasty. The rice cake soup was delicious. I was planning eating that tomorrow but decided to have a taste. I could not stop after the first bite, then continue to eat more than half of the soup. So next time, maybe I will try other soups.

This hidden gem delivers amazing food without breaking the bank. The generous portions make it an ideal spot for sharing with friends. Despite its unassuming location, the restaurant is a must-try for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Korean food. The overall experience was a surprise.

For lunch, we three have ordered Soybean Paste Stew (된장찌개)  , Kimchi Stew (김치찌개)  and Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥) at around 12:30PM . The owner said she has to charge with dinner price because they have just served the group customers. The food for Kimchi Stew (김치찌개)  and Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥) were ridiculous. Kimchi Stew (김치찌개) doesn't have meaningful Kimchi. Instead, there were ramen. Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥) does contain only 3 vegetables (carrot/radish/pumpkin). There were no 콩나물,고사리나물/도라지나물. It was quite different with the image in website. The food appeared to be re-used by left-overs from previous group customers. I have the photos, but the upload was not working right now.

The cleanest freshest Korean food in Buffalo! Great service & the cast iron pan sizzles during entire meal! Food & kimchi condiments fresh delicious! Telling everyone I know how the portions are pleasantly filling ! No leftovers as the food portion is very adequate! We will not go elsewhere for Korean!

What a little gem. Went in with very little expectations but the food turned out to be very good. All the banchan’s that the owner made was delicious.

I'm not an expert on Korean food, but I enjoyed everything I had here. Service was great and there was plenty of table seating, a mix of 4-6 person tables. Their scallion pancake is a little thicker and crispier than others I've had, and I really enjoyed that. The Stir fried rice cakes (which also came with fish cakes) came in a flavorful sauce that had a kick, and were really enjoyable. The Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap was good but I will say that it didn't come with much ground beef. I split all three dishes with a friend and we left full and with a little bit of leftovers.
