i payed 30 dollars for no food at all. this chipotle is actually the worst one ever. they gave us tacos with nothing inside them at all. if you want to order online this is not the place to do it. they scam you and then you wasted ur money on barely any food at all. literally any other place is better.

Every time we try to order with the App we get a message that they cannot process cards and we can pay in the restaurant. Get to the restaurant and they never have the order and look at me crazy! I don’t get it as the funds even are held on my card briefly then disappear.so the App is super frustrating then you get to the restaurant and the staff are super snotty and give you attitude because they have no idea what you are talking about when you tell them the issue with the App!so, then I have to place my order over again in the restaurant for a family of four, after I order my first entree, the worker moves on to the best customer and I tell her that I have more to order. Well let’s just say the staff got more annoyed and snotty. While paying, she asks “ is that everything” and I respond with , “ yes, thanks” and she responds with, “ ARE YOU SURE THIS TIME?” . We were regular customers but we will NEVER step foot in a Chipotle again thanks to this location! Not worth my time or money! The service at this Chipotle is awful. Other locations locally have nicer staff that care about their customers and service!

I am a regular at this chipotle and will NOT be going back. My boyfriend and I were cashing out and we politely asked if they took $100 bills as we are aware that some places just don’t like to break large bills, NYREE answered saying “yes”. Upon giving us our money and shoving the bag at us, we asked if she included the drink cups that we ordered and she said “I was just getting your drink cups, just like some places don’t accept $100’s, some people don’t tip” and walked away. That was absolutely uncalled for and I’m sorry but I am not tipping for PICKING UP MY OWN FOOD. Thanks Nyree!

Mediocre. We got bowls with skimpy rice, skimpy protein, and about a cup and a half of sour cream and the same amount of guac in each bowl. You could taste NOTHING but guac and sour cream. And the chips had WAY too much lime salt. Atrocious, and not worth the $45 we spent.

I really don’t understand how people think anymore. Been coming here since I knew chipotle existed and politely asking to have my burrito “mixed” before wrapping, hasn’t been a problem at any other location, for decades and here they said management told them they aren’t allowed to do that anymore. It’s takes less than 5 seconds to do…just so funny how not customer first things are bending back for such simple things.

So another horrible experience. Open up my bowl and again on delivery about half full. This location continues to blow my mind. Poorly managed and employees could care less. So lucky they are the only location in this area. The owner should be upset with all the bad reviews. Want to have a laugh go in after 8 pm and see what options are available for your bowl no steak no veggies, no corn .it's truly a joke. please will someone open a location who cares near there. Ps it would be a zero star is it was available.

This was my first experience at Chipotles. I was very disappointed. The tomato, corn and rice had loads of cilantro in them. They did have a plain rice option however, they were out and had no intentions of making more. Most of the tables were dirty, which made finding clean seating difficult. The only thing I did enjoy was the berry drink. I would not recommend this location.
