I’ve eaten at Cracker Barrel’s all over the eastern US and it has always been good food until today when I ate at this one for the first and last time. A simple breakfast of eggs, hash browns and bacon. To sum it up in one word, disgusting!It was too gross to eat and I left after a few bites poorer for the $20. I spent. The waiter gave good service so I left him a $5.00 tip.

My order just got refunded on doordash AGAIN Cracker Barrel consistent mess ups to my orders is 100% on them, they completely gave me the wrong order and I just want to ensure that they don’t do it again. This is probably my last time ordering from them , this keeps happening and I’m so over it i don’t know if it’s their staff, I don’t know if it’s their DoorDash app idk all I know this is a frequent thing, before this order, I call the manager Stephanie to ensure my food was correct she told me it was . It was not I called her let her know I was calling corporate never did but this time I’m 100% going to with receipts . Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable

First off our waitress Cathy was very nice.She did get a bit agitated when I told her my grandmother‘s chicken tenders, our side of gravy, our biscuits, and our fried pickles were literally cold.She picked the dishes up in a rush and stated, “ I just delivered the food”.In reality, Cathy should’ve picked up on the fact that our gravy was gelatinous, and the food was not steaming hot so she should have sent it back before it came to the table.They did deliver us new biscuits.(Burnt on the bottom), New Fried pickles(Dripping with grease), But the chicken was hot. They never delivered new gravy.I suppose the person who brought the food was a manager who’s shirt was covered in food(Very disturbing)The last time I was at Cracker Barrel was 2014, and it wasn’t memorable then, needless to say I would never return.I did leave our waitress Cathy a $15 tip though.

Just found out my old job is allowing one of their managers who SH one of my friends and makes all the customers uncomfortable to stay in the building. Gotta love how they respect their guest and coworkers by letting a creep stay in their building
