I really love Dunkin, but I stopped going to this location after I received regular milk in my drink three separate times when I ordered almond milk. Super disappointing as someone who gets extremely sick from regular milk. I went back in one day to have it remade and the manager was very apologetic and offered me a refund along with a new coffee, but the other employees look miserable.Besides that, the coffee is always inconsistent, some days it's very watery or has a strange...read full review

I ordered a simple coffee, 3 cream 3 sugar. I got a black coffee after waiting quite a long time to actually be addressed by someone at the counter. Like at least 5 mins! Meaning I picked up my food, walked out, walked back in and stood at the counter repeatedly saying excuse me, excuse me....

We were here around 8AM so it was basically empty yet some of our orders were still missing. But they were able to resolve it when we asked. Dining in was alright and the staff were pretty nice.
