Amazing service and amazing food. Although it took more than expected for our food to come out, it was all worth the wait. It was more than we had hoped for. Our server Jason was very attentive and accommodating. If you are ever around this area definitely give them a try.

We recently dined here to celebrate my birthday with family. We made reservations and were seated as soon as we arrived. They had special birthday menus, which was a nice touch. We sat in the Florence Room, which was spacious and nicely set up. Our server Victoria was wonderful and so accommodating! The drinks were great and the food was amazing! Two of us had the filet and it was cooked to perfection. One had the Delmonico and it too was cooked to perfection! We also ordered a Margherita pizza, which was delicious too! Did I mention our server Victoria was terrific! She made our family celebration very special and memorable!

Even though I had to leave the dining room when a colleague didn't show up, the bartenders were incredibly accommodating at the main bar. The Sea Bass was fantastic, and the cocktails were just as good. Best restaurant near Buffalo, hands down.

Overall excellent experience. Steak skewers were delicious and my favorite thing I ate. Coffee was great as well.
Everything was great,,,only the inside noise level made it difficult to hear at times. We've been there in the warmer months and the outside patio is so cozy. Food excellent, service is perfect,,,go and enjoy this gem!!!

I have been here many times and enjoyed the service and food and atmosphere. Until my birthday party which I arranged a month ahead of time. I booked the larger room , and told I can decorate it. Day before party I been notified that they using that room for memorial service from 1-4 , party starting at 6, we weren't able to rearrange the balloon arch that I had paid for already because it was so large. I also hired a professional photographer for this party, but nobody wanted to take pictures because the balloon arch was not able to be moved and installed. Worst of all, the "manager" Fred,kept coming into my party and telling my DJ to turn the music down, after they had advertised that they are able to host weddings and parties. They also allowed me to bring a DJ and set up a dance floor specifically for that. The manager came a total of 6 times to disrupt the party and the DJ, which ended up affecting my guests time and the party. He said "people are trying to eat" while I am having my 50th birthday party which I had arranged a month ahead. Plus I had an open bar for 46people and they only gave me one bartender, so everyone had to constantly wait in line for drinks. My family and friends were all very upset about the managers behavior, and how bad the drinks were. They weren't able to enjoy themselves because of the interruptions. If I knew the party would be handled this way, I would've taken my business elsewhere. I have been there many times before and never had an issue. However, this will be the last time I go there. Another manager Gina, who I spoke to prior to the event, was helpful and nice. She gave me a discount on the balloons, which doesn't justify how the other male manager treated me and my guests.

I took my lady for her birthday, and we enjoyed the experience overall, This has become one of my favorite restaurants. Although my lady's steak was a little undercooked, and the salad was a bit dry, they were remedied VERY quickly with a freshly cooked steak, and more dressing. We had to wait 15 min for a table even though we had a reservation, but I was pleased with where we were seated. My dinner & drinks were excellent. My lady enjoyed the custom birthday menu and the birthday brookie. The standout for me was the mashed potatoes. No gravy or other accouterments, just plain mashed potatoes, and they were the BEST I've EVER had! I would definitely recommend Giancarlos, and will be visiting again.
Delayed review: The steaks were outstanding, the drinks were perfect, the "patio" seating a little to be desired. If you aren't to bougee to sit next to a parking lot (privacy fence partition) then don't hesitate.

Have been here twice. Once for an office dinner and another time with family. On both occasions we were about to get reservations, which made it easier. The service was consistent for both a large and small group. The food was of great quality, the most recent visit we had the ravioli and pizza. The dip which they gave with bread was really flavorful.
