Ordered Uber eats. Got 2 chicken tikka. I received no rice. 16$ a piece. No rice ?? No silverware? 2.50$ a coke ? Silverware was requested as well. This place is a rip off. Go to Nellai Banana Leaf. Way better. Authentic. 16$ A meal and I received this.

A not to go place for vegetarian food lovers. Went with my family on Dec 30th ,2021 in the hope of having an average Indian Food. The restaurnt was hardly crowded but we had to wait for 20-25 minutes before we went personally and asked the waiter to take our order.We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Idli, Paneer Chilli and Paneer Biryani. None of the Dosa's tasted good. Sambhar just ruined our mood.Idli was big and fluffy but tasteless.Paneer Chilli gravy had too much of cornflour and all purpose flour .Paneer Biryani had no taste at all. Buttermilk would have more curd than the Raita served along with Biryani.

This was my first chicken dum biryani experience, and it was so delicious, I’d come here daily just for tastebud pleasure continuity. They make their own mango lassi and garlic naan. I usually get it to go, but the inside dining experience is quite exceptional. Staff is always hospitable and the ambiance is welcoming, relaxing, and warm.

This is my favorite place for Biryani. However the Other South Indian dishes (like, Dosa, Vada etc are not that enjoyable because of quality of Sambar. Today were went to lunch around 1 PM and they had no Sambar so we could not order dosa. How can you have a menu dominated by South Indian dishes and not have Sambar in the middle of lunch hour. So we left disappointed. The other place we went to was worse. There are only two choices for south Indian food in Buffalo and they both are mis-managed. It reflects very poorly of our fine South Indian community of Buffalo. I wish we get a good authentic South Indian franchise in Buffalo under good management

My only complaint is that the takeout portion of rice is very, very small - maybe half a cup cooked. I ordered butter chicken with steamed rice, and also a plain naan. The food was good! I'd recommend ordering one level spicier than you think you want. I'll be sure to request more rice next time - it wasn't nearly enough rice for the portion of butter chicken.

I am visiting this place after 2 years, what a transformation, food has become more delicious than what it used to be 2 years ago, chicken was super fresh and tender, Biryani was finger-licking tasty. Amazing experience!! Thumbs up to the chef for the food he served me now!!!

I really want to love this place, but the meals are just way too spicy. The flavor is amazing, portions are plentiful, but way too spicy for me. The first time I ordered medium, the second time I explained the medium was way too hot and asked what would have little spice, they suggested mild, and it was still too spicy. I thought I liked spicy food but this gave me a run for my money! Definitely going to try again and see what's less than mild :)
Seriously, the best Indian food I’ve had in the United States - authentic Southern style; try the Chettinad Chicken… whole cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, cloves.. super good! The biryani was a little sparse on the goat (tried once) or shrimp (tried another time), but very good. Ordered mild once and medium another - seemed identical to me! Prices pretty high on Grubhub compared to online menu

Service was worst.. you need ask for water several times.. owners were busy in gossiping... Food flies were all around.. food I still good. But not like before. This place definitely need to hire someone. Who has experience in Restaurant service. Otherwise I don't think this place will stay open to long.

Other stuff is good tasting but I am regular here. Sometimes there are 3 kofta balls and sometimes 4 kofta balls. I ordered lunch box today, I don't know how I am supposed to finish the large amount of white rice with so little protein based gravy. The picture shows Papad and salad, guys beware they just come in the picture not in reality. You get more than half the quantity of entire package worth of rice, then a huge naan, mini amount of gravy and entree and sweet on the side.
