Food is great here, but service is horrible. I had to wait for over an hour for my Philly sandwich? Three people working, no acknowledgement that I am waiting, no apologizes. If I knew it was going to be this long, I would have never stopped by here! Though to grab something to eat before my 2 hour drive home and wasted so much time. Never coming here again. Seems like workers are slow and just don’t care about customers. Very disappointing.To the response below - I left review for a proper location. exactly the one in the plaza near chipotle. wrote an e-mail for below and waiting for a response.

These are REALLY good subs!Dietary restrictions: The gluten free roll is awesome. The only thing better would be toasted rolls, but then you run the risk of cross contamination.

I’ve been to my fair share of different Jersey mikes in the area and honestly this one is the best. There were three guys working, two were training the one. They were the sweetest workers I’ve ever encountered at a JerseyMikes. Most others I have been to have been really rude and given eye rolls and sighs. Honestly they deserve a shout out. I’ve worked fast food and retail and these guys are rare, appreciate them, I hope they get to see this one.

Let me start out by saying that for a chain, this is a pretty good rating. This new location just opened up close to home and we have family who absolutely LOVE Jersey Mike's. So we decided to go grab a quick bite to eat here.This new location looks so clean and modern. I love the fact it has off street parking in the back with another entrance. The staff here were super friendly and very quick with the service. The appeal of seeing them slice the meat and cheese in front of you is unique for a sub place and it was cool.We each got a cold sub. My wife got a regular size turkey sub and I opted for the giant roast beef sub. Now let me say a giant roll isn't really giant compared to other spots in Buffalo. It's comparable to a Wegmans or a DiBella's size roll. Overall, this is a very well assembled and tasty sandwich. I enjoy the fresh taste of the ingredients but wish there were more variety in toppings. The only big downside is the price. I know prices are higher everywhere but it seems a little higher here for the price of a sandwich.We will definitely go back and hopefully the rewards app they have can help with the price.
