I ordered a Stack online. I did not like the way it was packed. The stack was put in the chip bag because of which most chips were soggy. Also the tortilla was kind of torn with some stuffing out of the aluminum foil pack. This is absolutely a bad presentation. I used to go to Moe’s in 5063 transit rd williamsville pretty much regularly and cannot believe they did this for the second time. My sincere advise to staff at this location - please respect food.

I now remember why I stopped coming to Moe's! First off the prices are crazy. Second the service was horrible, everyone was short tempered cash out girl was almost Ignorant that we didn't want queso.. tables were disgusting and not cleaned, floor was sticky just discussing.. never again!

Skimpy portions for the price. My cup of queso was literally half full upon opening it, not having eaten any of it. For $5 and change for a cup of queso, I'd at least expect it to be full.

The food was good and consistent as to what we have had from Moe’s in the past. The portions were good.The four people working did a decent job but there was very little personality or interaction from them. It was almost as though they were doing what they had to do but didn’t go above that at all. Almost like they didn’t want to be there.The restaurant was a mess. The majority of the tables were dirty, the floor was littered with spilled nacho chips, straw wrappers, and other refuse. The napkin holder was empty and the salsa bar was missing two choices and looked like it hadn’t been attended to in a couple of days; salsa was dried out, salsa was on the bar and dried to it, and it looked like old pudding with a crust on the top. Although out of their control, the drink machine was broken but one of the employees informed us of it being partially inoperable.One employee had an ear pod in their ear which makes one think that they were more interested in whatever was streaming through it than the people coming to get food.I would have a hard time returning to this restaurant and would not recommend any family or friends going there.The lack of pride shown in all aspects was sad and not good for business.

I ordered the Moes more meat bowl.... It advertised double meat. It had less than a normal bowls meat. I think since it was towards the end of the night, they didn't want to cook any more meat. We did door dash so it's not like I could have said anything while they were making it. So I pretty much had 3-4 bites with the meat and the rest of the bowl was rice and beans. So here I am disappointed in a $16 bowl with barely any meat.... I'm half way through my meal, pushing the rice around trying to find maybe hidden meat... and there is a brown hair in the bottom of my bowl in the sauce mixture.... So I immediately started throwing up (yes I throw up when other people's hair is in my food). So my dinner was ruined. Prior to starting my meal, my fiancé had ordered a chicken taco which looked sooo good so I took a bite and it actually was fantastic. My exact words were "next time order me one of those!"We ordered chips and cheese and salsa. The print out said the salsa on it, but we didn't get our salsa. Kinda a poor experience. I'm giving it 3 stars because the food I did eat with meat in it was very good!

Told us there was a sign, Like we were supposed to see the smallest little sign on the interior door. Never even told us and had already made our food. The only reason we found out was because I heard the employees talking to each other. Why wouldn’t you remind all customers coming into the restaurant. So unprofessional and such a waste of time. Ended up walking out because we did not have cash only cards. NO COMMUNICATION

Let me tell you this was a difficult one to write. I always find something good in food I order but this has to be said. This was a delivery from one of the services...however it was the food and not getting all that was ordered that was the issue here. My husband and I used to go to the Moe's that was in North Buffalo and on Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst all the time. It's been years since I had it. So tonight I ordered a chicken quesadilla (same thing I always used to order). The flour tortilla was like glue! It was stretchy and no "crust" look to it at all from being on a grill. I asked for cheese, cilantro, chicken, pico. It was the most flavorless meal Ive ever had. And I had to add salt to EVERYTHING! I also requested the free chips and salsa. I requested also extra pico on the side and extra salsa. I didn't get any salsa. NONE! So the chips were basically useless. If I had some salsa in the fridge it would have been somewhat salvagable but I didn't. The pico was dry! it was only bits of tomato and maybe 2 little onion dices. To say this meal was a disappointment is an understatement. It's a lot of money to order through the delivery services but then for the meal which of course has gone up in price as well....not have items you requested/ordered is frustrating. I won't bother going to Moe's anymore either eating in or take out...I guess I'm not "WELCOME AT MOE'S" anymore.
