This is one of the best run Panera's I've ever been to. Friendly staff, timely delivery of consistent product and always, always clean! That last one is pretty important to me.
main st should be awesome, but it just isn't... they have solid service and seems great overall, but the food is just not. Idk what the issue is exactly but I've gotten at least 6 breakfast feasts and between the bread and egg whites were soggy. I was able to eat it this time but I've thrown that stuff out a few times. I'd recommend if you can choose your location pick the one on Niagara falls Blvd in Amherst or military rd in Niagara Falls. These are by far the two best locations...read full review

The food is good but expensive. Some of my favorites aren't available anymore since they changed their menu.Service was, well, I ordered via kiosk and then a worker yelled my name and didn't acknowledge me when I picked up my tray so IDK how to gauge that. Atmosphere is kinda chaotic tbh.
