Stopped in and wasn’t sure what to get and the staff working gave a great recommendation for Into The Mystic smoothie! It was filling and refreshing! They also had a great looking selection of salads and fresh juices that I can’t wait to try next time I’m in the area!

Their açai bowls are very average, however, in Buffalo they are probably some of the best. Definitely below average for most cities though. My concern is that the staff members working are very dismissive and not very kind. It doesn't make people want to return!

I travel a lot and don’t eat as healthy on the road so like to start my day with something healthy. When I’m in major metropolitan markets I can typically find decent smoothie places which use fresh ingredients. Smaller markets are usually a challenge. I was shocked to find this gem within walking distance of my hotel. Great service, clean, and awesome, fresh ingredients. Very fair prices and I’d put this delicious smoothie up against any I’ve had on the road. Great lil spot along cute Main Street. Will be a go-to when in Buffalo!

The food is excellent! 3 stars due to wait times. It was busy with 10-15 customers waiting for orders in a small confined space. The kicker was watching employees scramble over each other in corner of room making smoothies and preparing orders or going up and down stairs to give orders to people. Very poorly organized.

First trip in today at 12:40 and waited 30 minutes for a smoothie. Doesn't really work when you are on a 45 minute lunch and 15 min from the office, so likely won't be giving it another try. Also for how long I waited, I would have loved for my smoothie to have been fully blended. I was chewing chunks of bananas and dates.
