Let me start this off by saying that my recent encounter at this Starbucks drive-thru left me boiling with frustration and disbelief. I have NEVER in my 48 years of living been subjected to such behavior in a drive thru, especially by someone in a managerial position. Or at least I think she was, she wore a black apron and had long brown hair.From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, it was evident that something was off. Instead of the usual cheerful greeting, I was met with a curt and impatient voice. No warm welcome, no attempt to make me feel valued as a customer. Just a blunt demand for my order. Things only went downhill from there. When I politely asked a question about the menu, hoping for some clarification, the manager responded with blatant annoyance, as if my inquiry was the most absurd thing they'd ever heard. But the pinnacle of this dreadful experience came when I reached the window to collect my order - the lids on the 3 iced coffees I ordered, all had loose lids, resulting in a sticky situation ALL IN MY CAR! I mean, my seats were DRENCHED in iced coffee. Would she have offered an apology & napkins or paper towels of some sort, this review likely wouldn't have been written with such disdain and length. Also, are there no more coffee carriers? I wasn't even offered one.. Let me make one thing abundantly clear, this is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks, a brand that prides itself on customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for basic courtesy, especially from someone in a managerial role who should be setting an example for their team.I'm not sure what this managers name was but she should be re-evaluated for her role. If she treated me like that, I can only imagine how she treats her employees. I will not be returning to this location. DO BETTER STARBUCKS!

Staff goes above and beyond to make strangers feel important. I brought my niece in for a cake pop on her birthday, the baristas there, Caitlyn & Lauren, made her feel like she was a little queen. Best 4th birthday ever. Thanks team.

There were only 3 people working!!And it is Christmas day!! The store was jam packed!!! And a Very long line of cars at the drive-thru!! The staff were AMAZING!!! THEY DESERVE TROPHIES!!!

I always spend a ton of money at Starbucks and tip generously. Just received frappuccinos that taste like someone dumped milk and ice and poorly blended them. Also a venti macchiato who's cup is more than a third empty. (None was spilled). I do understand there's far greater problems in the world, just wanted to state that this is disappointing that a place could charge so much (and accept generous tips) and then sell something like this in return. Won't be back to this location

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location (on maple and transit) needs a better system. It is so chaotic inside and you have to wait forever for a drink that might not even be in their system. There were at least 30 people and I was waiting 30+ minutes to get my order because it wasn’t ready. I will never be going to this location again. The baristas are wonderful, they just need a new system and more baristas to handle all of the orders. This is the second time this has happened at this location.Dietary restrictions: Dairy Free

Just got the grossest most syrupy drink I’ve ever had from a Starbucks after waiting for 15 minutes as the only person in the drive through for one drink. Also I asked for a paradise drink and they said water or lemonaid, don’t those come with milk? I didn’t ask for a pineapple refresher. Very gross and waste of
